Property Ratings at Glenora Gardens
I’ve lived here for a while and the rent has gone up 3x without making any changes to the place. They have not come to fix what is needed and when you call the office they will not answer no matter how many times you call. The people in charge are rude, unprofessional and unsupportive.
needs to be RENOVATED !!!! Nothing works , maintenance always saying there is nothing they can do. Mice are in these complex and manager not doing anything about it. The response is “it’s cold out it’s normal for mice to come in” I’ll be breaking my lease
Moved to Rochester 3 years ago for my first place. It was a great starting apartment while I got settled. Building I stayed in had other good tenants. After moving out during covid in 2020, the manger worked great with me. Had a situation that I had to move out, and she worked great with me, as well as very understanding.
I’ve been living here for a year now and I can honestly say there’s nothing wrong with this residence other than how quiet it is. You can literally hear a pen drop. Other than that, it’s great! Rent is fair and the utilities that come with the place are very essential unlike other places. 10/10 would recommend
Apartment was decent sized and mostly clean moving in. I was there a year and a half and moved out when they would not replace the broken furnace (it heated the 4 apartments in the building) and offered a space heater or told us to open our ovens for heat in the middle of the winter. This went on for three weeks before it was fixed correctly. When I complained to management the response was not our problem and If I didn't like the service, move out which I did. I was paying for heat and a month and a half was long enough putting up with their negligence.
I've lived in my apartment here for nearly three years. I'll be moving out this year, not as a result of any negative experience, but because I'm planning on moving out of state entirely. That having been said, living here has been a decent experience overall. I really have no complaints. Any time I've had a maintenance request, I've received prompt, efficient service. The maintenance men I've encountered have all been friendly and helpful overall. There's one older man with an accent, in particular, who always goes out of his way just to say hello when I see him, even when he's doing something completely unrelated to my apartment. The prices here are reasonable. Rent has gone up each year I've been here, but only by $10/year. This has been easy to anticipate and plan for. Friends of mine have had their's increase by more like $30 and up. Property managers have changed probably three times since I moved in, but I've never had any issues with any of them. In April of 2016, some kids did bust my bedroom window with a rock, but that is not the fault of the complex and their response was prompt. The manager at the time called me twice after the fact to follow up, apologizing and ensuring that everything was going smoothly with the window repair. I'll always look back fondly on my very first apartment here. :)
Im a current resident, please do not rent from here, the office manager Katie is horrible. maybe shes under too much stress managing two different locations for the company. But whenever i call about something its always the same thing, "well no one ese in the building is having this problem" that shouldnt be the point, clearly if im calling you theres an issue i need taken care of. The amount of mold in the apartments is ridiclous and disgusting, you can clean and clean and it just never goes away, our closet doors have been sticking because of the amount of paint they put on, the bathroom tiles are coming up. too much is wrong. and when you call the corprate office in gates all they tell you is to contact your complex manager and theyll send maintenance over. when maintenance comes they never seem to be able to help you or fix the issue. please if you want a decent place to live dont move here.
