I’m a current resident and I have been having a roach problem since I moved in. Contact management and they keep saying they will send pest control, it’s been almost a year and me and my 2 neighbors have been seeing roaches for months. Management told me “it’s the south you’re gonna see a few bugs” there is a limited about of dumpsters for garbage which always are full and garbage outside on the ground. They trick you with the “this is a community” line. Then you move here and they pretend you are bothering them for comparing of nasty ROACHES! If you don’t mind roaches, move here.

I have been a resident at Glenrose Gardens for two months now and I am incredibly pleased with my decision. Hidden in the middle of southwest Atlanta, Glenrose Gardens fosters community bonds through weekly Sunday dinners, activities for children and access to fresh produce grown within our very own garden. When I come home I have a safe place- a serene environment and peace of mind. An oasis and a blessing.

I have been here for on month and this place really rocks! From when you first pull in the vibe is very peaceful. The staff is excellent and my neighbors are great as well. This was a great move!

I have to give Glenrose gardens 5 stars. My husband and I visited Atlanta from up north earlier this year to find our new place of residence. I had set in stone that we would visit 8 complexes. Glenrose was first on our list. Raheem is the leasing manager who welcomed us like family. This man has the patience of Job. He is very detailed and honest about what to expect. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us a model home. Now at first I was taken back of how much space you could get for the price. It's amazing. Also, I've had experiences in the past of how the model unit looks nothing like the real thing. And, then on move in day you're surprised. Nope, not here. My unit looked exactly how the model unit would look of my choice. It was absolutely beautiful. Upgraded appliances, beautiful floors, and spacious rooms. Still, however we decided to visit 7 other complexes that day. By the end of our hunt my husband and I literally went running back to Glenrose for applications. We knew and felt in our hearts that this would be our new home. What sold us was the town home feel. We couldn't find anything that could compare to it. Finally, moving in a couple of months later was a blessing. The complex as a team has been extremely attentive to our needs when anything needed to be serviced or addressed within the home. You're also given a welcome basket with toiletries needed on your first day of move in. The owner lives on the complex as well. I love that because I know he truly cares about his property and his residence. Its a gated community, with security all the time so it is safe and clean. My Husband and I want to thank Glen Rose for everything. They definitely have us as residence for a long time.

I would not advise anyone to move here unless you like hearing gunshots on a nightly basis. There was about 4 apartments that got shot up across from us one night. LITERALLY RIGHT ACROSS FROM US. It is not a safe area, despite the efforts they make. We also see roaches pop up here and there. And when we first moved in our roof was leaking. The apartments are renovated but they still need a lot of work.

Glenrose Gardens is amazing!!! I love the fact that the staff is professional as well as friendly. They really make the community feel like a home. Although these apartments are in the city, this community has a peaceful country feel to it; from the friendly farm animals to the beautiful gardens! To be able to forget that you live in the city is awesome!!! Glenrose Gardens really has something special that other apartments don’t!!!

I love it here...Since day 1 everything has been on point..No drama No Disrespect its jst a loving and caring community..The Maintnace is excellence never had to wait for service..I recommend this community to anyone who's trying to live peacefully..And the STAFF is Awesome!!!

I love Glenrose Gardens, from the professionalism to the care and attentiveness they have for their residents. I’m truly in awe, I was hesistant moving after leaving a really bad complex. I came across Glenrose Gardens, clicked through a few pictures and looked at the pricing and was like eh, okay not bad. But....it was the review below mine that touched me and made me want to know more! And now that we’re here I can honestly say this is HOME. This is where you want to be! Affordable. Quiet. Clean. Professional! Safe! Feels like a dream.

This place has been extremely helpful since we moved in. The owners are some respectable hardworking men. Their employee Raheem has been nothing short of awesome. We’re enjoying our stay!

This property has come a long way. Its a quiet family friendly working community. The owners really turned this property around! The landscaping is gorgeous, mgnt installed a new playground for the kids, there is 24 hour security and on top of all the new renovations the staff is very professional with superb customer service. I definitely would recommend to anyone.

Very clean apartments. Recently renovated. new appliances. calm and quiet neighborhood. Great price. Welcoming, dependable, and trustful staff. Community oriented. Good vibes.

When I First Moved Here I Was Very Young And Knew Nothing About Rental History. As An adult I Learned To Appreciate The Value Of A Great Leasing Office. I Was Homeless After Moving Out Of My GrandParent's Home, They Welcomed Me & My Kids To My Own Home With Open Arms. They Fixed Everything To Make It Feel At Home And I Love It. I've Ben Living Here For About 15 Years From A Child To Now Having My Own Kids And I'm Not Leaving Unless Its For The Betterment Of Them. If I Win Rent For Life, I Want To Live Where They Treat You Like This.
