About Glenwood Apartments

Our fully occupied, unit available immediately with 1 bedroom 750sqft! The Glenwood Apartments are conveniently located near the 405 and 101 freeways in the lively residential community of Reseda. Residents enjoy nearby shopping and restaurants. Schools are also within walking distance. The landscaped grounds feature two swimming pools for fun with friends and family and 5 laundry rooms on site. The Apartment community is fully gated with On site management, maintenance, and security after hours. Units feature open floor plans for maximum flexibility. Water, Gas and Trash are paid for by owner. Only utility charges will be for electricity. (Heater and Stove are gas powered) 1 parking will be assigned in our gated parking lot. Pet deposit $500 limit to 2 pets 25 lb weight limit. Pet rent $25 Unit tours from 9:30am to 4:00pm Contact us to check availability Office Hours Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm
