Property Ratings at Glenwood Gardens Apartments
I visited this property and the leasing agent Yolando let us felt like we came at the wrong times she was very rude to my wife. We will never recommend this place to live and I will let my other friends to be aware.
The apartments are super small. The walls are paper thin. I feels like I share rooms with the neighbors. They turn your heat on when they feel like it. Not to mention, this is a heavy drug traffic area.
They refuse to let u control your heat it now 30degrees in this apartment .I can’t wait to move. They also refuse to clean my stove from the last person who lived here.
They have glamourized this description. The hardwood floors are dented and flimsy looking. The secure access is never secured, doors are always left open. Management and maintenance staff are unprofessional and unreliable.
I have been living here since august 2015 and have had multiple issues with the apartment even after multiple calls to maintenance and the leasing office. We have issues with mold, mice, and even insects like spider crickets and spiders. I have young kids in the apartment with me and they still have yet to resolve the issues.
My apartment has been renovated it's nice and quant. I'm on disability and the rent is 818 a month for me including utilities. New kitchen, new bath, microwave oven, air condition unit, it's just enough for myself and I'm greatful to have a place to call home.
Looking to move on my own. My mother suggested I look at some places in her area. I called around and contacted Glenwood Gardens Apartments. After I spoke with the representative, shortly I came out and visited with the community. From the location, the renovations that had occurred and the amenities included with each unit. I was too excited and hoped this could be my new home. Once I received the call advising I was approved. I quickly began planning all my activities needed to make my transfer. I have been here for 7 months. I am so elated to be here. With stressful life I left, I am at peace in my new residence in Glenwood Gardens Apartments.
