Property Ratings at The Glen at Lanier Crossing
Just moved here and the amount of critters I’ve seen in my unit is outrageous! Centipedes, crickets, the list goes on but the ROACHES!!!! I’ve tried everything but they won’t go away! Pest control told us to try boric acid as well. Still no help.
There’s bugs all in the hallways outside of the door, crawling around. I moved in and within a couple of days started seeing signs of babies and adults all throughout the apartment me and my fiancé are very clean people so after the extermination we expected not to see anymore only to Seymour that same day. The extermination does not work these apartments need to be fully exterminated inside and out.
They had us sign our lease and welcome letter , get renters insurance, set up accounts just for them to tell us they couldn’t approve our application. 2 HOURS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO MOVE! They are slow about EVERYTHING. I had to call numerous times just for them to send over our welcome letter . The management is terrible . Save your 350 it’s not worth it !!!

Staff has always gone above expectations very professional
I have lived here for 7 1/2 years and I have Never been uncomfortable. I love the Peace
The move in experience was excellent. Connie definitely made the renting process smooth as possible. Shes definitely a God Sent. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly as well as the pets! Which is important because Im a fur mom as well.
It is difficult to get items repaired at this complex due to staffing.
I would NOT recommend this property to anyone I know.

This is advertised as a gated community, but its not. Look elsewhere.,
The mailboxes were broken into and management waited a week to advise the tenants.
This is a very safe community that truly values their residents. From the management team to the maintenance, their communication is beyond what I could expect. Thank you for throughout the pandemic youve ensured both the well-being of everyone here as well as ensuring were simply kept in the loop with needed information.

Glenwood Vista is quite and the management team tries their best to make their residents comfortable.

Overall I like Glenwood Vista, however their head maintenance Joseph always close the service request before the problem is actually fixed.

Not satisfied with the way management handles issues. Our A/C was out for 10 days in the middle of the summer and we were given a portable A/C unit for the bedroom only. The entire apartment outside of the bedroom was over 80 degrees. I felt that we should've been compensated for those days but they stated that they don't reimburse for "inconvenience". The manager and corporate manager had very nasty attitudes and it was basically brushed off like our complaint didn't matter. We also have a 2 month old and had to leave the apartment because it was so hot. DON'T stay here. They do not respect you or your money.
The pool is only open for maybe 6 weeks if that long. I have been here almost 2 years and the same thing is reoccurring. Its June 15th and there is not even any water in the pool with all of the kids out for the summer. The gym is only open when the office is open, so if you want to work out you have to join a gym.. So if you expect these amenities, you wont get them. The internet is 2005 speeds and cable is very limited.
I just moved in about a week ago. I have had two small issues and the management took care of it right away. Everyone is very friendly. The staff has gone above and beyond to help me out. I love my apartment and the staff. This is a wonderful place to live!
I moved here in April 2012, and it was a great place. Maintenance was quick to fix things, neighbors were respectful (following the stop signs, keeping volume in car low when coming in the complex, trash was never around the property). Brandi was very strict but it was what got things done on time! A new team started around a year ago. Things changed. I always requested the exterminator to treat the apartment around every 3 months, specifically as soon as it started to warm up. The way they used to do it was that someone from the office would always escort the exterminator into the apartments and hang on to all the keys. When the exterminator was done with the unit he would sign in a sheet with all the requests as completed next to the apartment unit and the person from the office would sign next to that as a witness. Unfortunately, the exterminating company Bizzy Bee Exterminators, was sending someone who was not treating the apartments. in the beginning of July I saw (and fought) a flying woods cockroach. The giant black ones. Now I have to add, I am petrified of roaches of all sizes. Then for the next TWO and a half months this would happen almost every night. I saw the big black ones that fly coming out of the air vents in the ceiling. In the living room , in the kitchen, and last and to my horror, in the bedroom. I would hear them flying around as soon as I turned off the lights. I even woke up to one tangled in my hair in the middle of the night. They were still coming out. I was told that the exterminator did service the apartment. That he had just left. I told them I was at the apartment all morning and no one came by. They showed me the sheet with all the requested apartments and the instructions for security entrance and that it was signed by the exterminator as serviced. I decided at that moment that I was not going to renew my lease. Reasons why:- The new team in the office did not believe in escorting the exterminator to make sure that they did the job right.- Neighbors were no longer respectful. They would park across two or three parking spaces. They would not follow traffic signs around the complex. I almost hit someone that did not follow the stop sign. Trash was overflowing the trash compactor. They would come in with music blasting in the middle of the night and would not turn it down. It was no longer the same. Sadly. It was a great place before.
I view the property because l'm in the process of looking for an apartment. I really loved what I saw and I think it is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and clean and the grounds are well managed. What I like the most is that you are in a secure living area and this is very important when choosing a place to live.
These apartments are very affordable. The location is great for the price as well.
