GloNM is a great community to live in. The location is close to the freeway, the University, the Mid-town shopping centers and downtown. The Management team is great and keeps the complex very clean and quiet and safe. I am very happy living here and would recommend it to others.

Living here has been really great overall! The staff are friendly and responsive. They maintain the property well. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is dog waste that consistently doesn’t get picked up by the dog owners.

Glo has been a breath of fresh air and certainly has evolved into a home, rather than just an apartment. I feel far safer than I have in any previous living situations. My privacy is well respected. GLO has a great location, close to UNM, the Freeway, Downtown, Nob Hill, two huge shopping malls - cllose to gas stations and grocery stores. Lots of parking options and storage rentals available. Lovely courtyard with beautiful grass and trees and pool. Professional and friendly Management Team. I am retired and I have very hight standards. I have been very happy living here for over two years.

A remarkable factor about Glo I like all the time is the clean and calm environment. As days go by I get to enjoy this place more with cool management staff as well. The grass and flowers constantly watered and makes it really nice to sit out there and enjoy nature.

Fairly nice place with good amenities. I have an upgraded apartment that really is just cosmetic (vinyl floor to look like wood, counters look like stone but are just particle board) with loud and basic appliances. Downsides are the cost, noise, and inspections.

It was an OK experience. But sometimes pool could be noisy and loud. If you like the pool, that would be good for you. Renting price is going up as well.
