The experience from the start viewing the apartments online, to applying and starting paperwork, and to the day of moving in has been great overall. The staff is super friendly! Jamilah and Melody have been super helpful from the start. The maintenance team is also very kind and also speedy when a work order has been submitted. Overall a great area and nice affordable apartments.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Very low quality and the hassle of money being paid and never being applied to accounts. Ridiculous. This was also not called to my attention. Just over drew my account

Hello, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide.
My first year at Glo was a good one. It felt safe. I was able to come home at any time in the night and not feel fear, but my second year, all of that has changed. This second year has consisted of enduring disrespectfully loud tenants, a front gate that is broken for half of the year which directly affects our safety, living on top of a maintenance garage that opens and closes at all hours of the day, etc. I am no longer happy to live here and look forward to moving elsewhere.

Lived here since July 2021. Love my 2BR. Office staff is awesome. Any and all issues have been resolved immediately. Maintenance staff quickly took care of the few problems I've had. Majority of the neighbors are great. Safe.
Marion and Maria have always been really nice & professional whenever we have a work order or any concern. The maintenance guy D does his best running the property alone so we really appreciate all the teams efforts to making this community a comfortable living! Definitely recommend

I enjoy living at Glo as a starter apartment. I recently relocated to Las Vegas and this property is a very convenient location to a lot of things especially being only 10 minutes from the airport. Management and maintenance are on point right now and really work with the residents.

Moving into Glo was my first time on my own. Mariam in the front office took me step by step through the application process, and walked me through the process of signing the lease and making me aware of the community features and rules.

I love residing here. The area is quiet; the view is beautiful. Maintenance is amazing as they respond quick & get the job done in a timely matter. The only thing missing is a dog park as its a pet friendly & pet welcoming environment but besides that, I love it here!

My bounding smell like a Despensary most of the time there is dogs barking all day, fights between residents the cops ere here more then none, trash outside of the app doors, i love my apartment I do but the out side actually is not the same Beulding we move in to over 4 years ago
Glo is a great community. After just receiving a beautiful makeover in all buildings and common areas, it is even better. I recommend Glo to all of my friends that I have looking for apartments. Its pleasant to live in and the staff is delightful to work with.
Management lacks communication skills. Very patronizing tone with residents. Emails residents stating there was a positive covid test of a resident, yet does not disclose who or where , then proceeds to send maintenance to apartments for repairs without making sure they wear proper safety equipment (simple face mask) even after it was verbally requested they do so before the repairs were started, and also mandated by the government (for months now). Maintenance records not in online database accessible by resident, unable to give me a list of maintenance repairs completed upon being asked. I have lived here for just over 1 year and this has been getting worse. The parking situation and design is awful. I have been on a 'waiting list' for a parking space since a few months after moving in. A dumpster is taking up 3 parking spaces and is there for construction purposes to remodel an already new office, why not build another carport instead? Crime is common in the parking lot, a warning was issued but no remedy (such as security measures) were ever put in place. Employees would clean the resident grounds before New Management, now the trash just piles up. Vendors hired leave a mess of paint overspray, and took over a month longer than scheduled to complete painting. No follow-up announcement from management for this. Vendors also did not wear any covid PPE or any company uniforms (I am just supposed to assume they are there making valid repairs 30 days after they are scheduled to complete the work). A request was made to clean vendors' mess of paint overspray and was never even responded to. Very concerned with management lack of concern for safety of residents and lack of hiring competent maintenance staff and vendors. Unable to communicate directly with property owner regarding this, only option was to call OSHA to try and improve safety measures. I should not need to police basic common sense safety measures in this pandemic, or call maintenance multiple times for the same repair.
The community has definitely improved since new management stepped in.

Glo community is nice and quiet. It has friendly staff, new and modern appliances, nice layout. Its safe and not far away from shopping areas.
We've been a resident here for about 2 months and we feel blindsided. A lot of things were promised upon move in that weren't followed through on. We visited the property multiple times, each time told something different (i.e. the weather strip on door was non existent letting water in from outside when they would power hose the cement outside, maintenance said they would come back the next day and didn't show up with any contact, along with saying work is completed without showing up, cabinets are peeling, flithy balcony, and we've called multiple times about fixing our washing machine that has flooded part of the apartment, and it still hasn't been fixed.) ***the maintenance guys that work here are amazing* We were also told that water, sewer, trash was included on monthly rent price and we went to confirm as well and was told that it was, come to find out that is added on top of monthly rent price and didn't receive the bill till 3 months rent was due. We were promised a ceiling fan in the extra bedroom, as it was sitting in a box in the closet when toured. Upon move in, there was no ceiling fan installed. Spoke to multiple people, every time told something different about the fan. Now, I am told that I have to pay $100 on top of buying my own fan (which is different from what they said they 1st time I brought up the ceiling fan). We also began noticing that all the other apartments had a screen door on their patio. We did not. Why was this not something that was properly installed before our move in is beyond me. We did put in a request for this and they have since added one. It is just frustrating because it seems that we have to contact them on a weekly basis with items that need to be fixed, replaced, or just should have been installed prior to our move in. Pool is still under construction. The main machines in the gym are broken. Called to voice our concerns about the gym, they told us to use another machine, but there is already a limited amount of machines. We are paying for amenities that we can't even use. We were under the impression that we were getting all new appliances and the washer and dryer are most definitely not new appliances. As you can see, we have many concerns with this newly remodeled apartment complex. If we could do it over again we would not choose this apartment complex because of these issues. We will definitely not be renewing.
Clicking noise in the bedroom went on for months. Had to move the bed to the other wall...additionally, neighbor sharing the bedroom wall had a daycare during the day banging, kids running around, etc. Carpets not cleaned and walls touched up w/ paint that didn't match upon movein. Cracks in the walls and ceiling...office tells me the building is settling. Complex has been here for years, so that's not true. Pool not heated. Barking dogs. Renter beware.
I was a tenant here for 6 years - two in a 2BR, then four in a 1BR. I’ve never been happier to leave behind a place I’ve lived. This might be long. Some of the lowlights: • Office staff is completely allergic to resident issues or concerns. They apparently turn on the charm for prospective tenants. But once you’re here, good luck getting a response beyond anything more than a shoulder-shrug or insinuation that the problem is you, not them. And that’s if you’re lucky - usually it’s non-response. • The front doors are heavy and attached to spring-loaded hinges torqued to 11. You let go, the door closes itself. The hallways are narrow. So be prepared to be startled, several times a day in your own unit, by the sound and shaking caused by some jackass who can’t be bothered to gently close their door. • I mean *really* startled - your entire front room will shake, with no warning. Imagine a heavy metal door being slammed with force from like 15 ft. away from where you’re sitting. It wasn’t an issue when I first moved in - but it is now. (This was a big problem for me - worth two mentions) • Oh yeah, and you *may* have the pleasure of living across the hall from drug dealers, as I did for a few months! Fun!!! Customers coming and going all day, every day, into the wee hours. Discussions in the hallway about what they just bought. A door-slamming fiesta. The office response (paraphrased): “eh, what can you do?”. Then one day they disappeared, but left all their stuff behind - I got to watch the maintenance guys move it all out. • Noise. You like it? They’ve got it! Noise from the street, the highway, other residents, the dumpster areas, the landscapers - it’s all here. To be fair, this mostly applies to inward-facing units. When I lived in an outward-facing one, it was much quieter. • Last but not least - they’ll play games with your security deposit. And by “playing games”, I mean they’ll just not return it, ignore communication attempts, and hope you’ll let it go. I paid rent on-time every month for 6 years, was a good tenant, left the unit clean & undamaged - and I’ll have to take them to small claims court to get my deposit back. You probably will too. • There are more lowlights - a lot more. These are just the highlights of the lowlights. It’s too bad – under the right circumstances, it’s really not a bad place. But with the current management and office personnel, stay away from The Venue. Don’t move here. It’s garbage and you deserve better.

At The Venue in Las Vegas, Nevada rent is fair and the neighbors as well as the staff here are friendly. The facilities here like the gym and pool are well maintained. I also really like that the gym is open 24 hours. However the reason for the 3 star rating is simply because they do not have a trash service. Living on the top floor I figured the venue would have some accomadations for managing it's waste like laudry shoot for trash that goes straight to the dupster as they do in other large cities with larger than 2 stories of apartments. Instead they have someone that will randomly take your trash (if left outside) down to the trash for $5 each trashbag and charge you for it on your rent bill. When I found this out I was not too thrilled because now I really am throwing away money!
the location is good, the noise level is low, the overall value is poor, the ammenties are not keep up properly by the maintenance staff and the mangement is unresponsive to complaints my overall rating is poor I would not recommend renting this property
