Property Ratings at Goebels Duplex Community
New owners and property manager as of 2021. The owner has to approve every maintenance request. There is no phone number to call the property manager you can only contact them through the rental portal. Turned in critical ac issue and it did not get fixed for 5 days. Turned in bathroom leak it's been over a month still not fixed. For what you pay in rent it is not worth it if you can not have reliable maintenance, property manager support. Renter beware. The new owner does not pay for pest control, or regular ac filter replacement. That is now up to the renter to pay for.
