Conway is a suburb of Orlando, Florida, and is just a short travel time to all of the attractions associated with downtown Orlando. Conway houses many lakes and borders the northeast end of Little Lake Conway. Along with great residential neighborhoods, being lakeside is one of its greatest attractions to its 15,000 residents.
After you find your perfect rental, escape to Barber Park for beautiful landscapes, sports fields, hockey rink, and skate park. Barber Park even has its own gated dog park off of Lake George. If you’re looking to fish at one of the many surrounding lakes, check out Gators Big Bass Guide Service for the premier Orlando bass fishing guides in the area. Property Ratings at Goldelm at Salerno
El día de ayer hice la solicitud de servicio y el día de hoy , ya realizaron el servicio, el señor Alberto trabajo muy rápido y es muy eficiente . La atención es excelente. Los recomiendo.
The worst apartment complex ever. They aren’t timely with their request. They are very rude- not helpful. They will act nice and show you a model apartment that they renovated but the true complex apartment is not good. The air ventilation is poor quality as they haven’t clean the vents in years. Maintenance orders never get filled in. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here.
Ive lived in this complex just over 6 months, and i have nothing to complain about! The face of the complex "Ms Keisha" is by far the greatest landlord Ive have ever experienced. She goes out of her way to make living here (even when I'm struggling to make ends meet) so smooth and peaceful. I was skeptical about moving out here but I def found the place to be!!!
Property Manager at Goldelm at Salerno, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for your kind words about Ms. Keisha and for choosing The Park at Salerno Apartments. We are so glad that you are enjoying living here and that you have had a peaceful and smooth experience. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
Pros -The apartment is nice and spacious -Price is affordable -Parking Cons -Roach infested. I am super clean and have killed hundreds of roaches to no avail. -Management does not communicate with tenants. So there are times water is cut off or for example a roofing team is destroying the roof making a lot of noise. This is all done with no heads up, yet if I want to move out I am forced to give 2 month notice.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. We are so sorry you've had a negative experience with us during your time here. Moving forward we will work on our communication and be more available to you. We appreciate you and hope to speak with you soon regarding your concerns.
They allowed tenants to leave dog and cat poop on the grass. They gave me 60 day notice for a rent increase of $226 more per month. They took my complete deposit because they don’t believe in normal wear and tear exist in a apartment. During hurricane Irma it took them almost 4 weeks to fix a leak in the roof which led to my carpet getting mold stains that I had to treat with Clorox because I wasn’t staying in that place with the mold and they feel the need to charge me for that because they clearly blame me for the slow response time. Don’t waste your time or money because there are better places to live. I’m so glad I was able to move out of that place because the only thing good about that place was living next to the laundry mat and pool. Which that meant every weekend having tenants have loud parties which wasn’t ideal ! And the airplanes that fly above are loud . No sound proof windows. When sending emails I rarely got a response , most of the time I have to walk into the office to see the status of a request which also included that roof leak repair from the hurricane. The owner even bought the apartments complex next door to the Salerno so I assume that’s why they were ripping people off in rent. I was only there for one year and I only had 4 maintenance issues. And I get charged 226$ increase in rent. I used to wonder why so many tenants moved out and I guess I finally realized why.

Live at Salerno for a year .First month was good,After that a Rodent lived between my bedroom wall 3 am it would wake me up ,Roaches everywhere , after strom we had no lights for two weeks ( outside )I have this on video and more .. Left the apt spotless .But they don't want to retrun MY 150.00 deposit Shame on you !
The front desk lady when just move in was very friendly but it took forever to get things repair. I have one of the window that could never open. The building is very old . Last time I went to the gym half of the equipment are not working. The gate has not been close for over 3 months . The laundry area is very dirty. I waited over a month to get something fix in my unit. The worse thing that happen to me was waking up in the morning seeing four US marshalls with big gun outside, on our patio. I was living across from a drug dealer. The police spend a whole day in the parking lot. From 9 am till 8pm. I was terrified. This incident happened right before xmas 2016.
Close to downtown Orlando, attractions, shopping, parks and pretty much everything you expect from city life. This apartment complex is under new management and has made some impressive upgrades in the past year. There is a nice fitness center, club house, two pools, three laundry rooms and the staff are friendly. Lots of families and working people live here because of its convenient location. Rent is in alignment with the market in this area.
Not sure how old the complex is but I'm sure its up there in age. I have a two bedroom apartment. The layout is okay meaning the rooms are huge... but the two bathrooms are placed in a ridiculous way. There is a door between the two bathrooms, which is bad because it can never remain open, its useless, making me wonder what the purpose of putting a door there was to begin with.. but luckily that is the only complaint I have in regards to the layout of the apartment. At first I didn't care for the complex itself but in the year I've been here there have been a lot of renovations... they repaved the driveways, and added new appliances to many of the apartments, new equipment in the 24/hr gym and they are adding a security gate... which is great. BUT the laundry room is really bad because more machines are broken then working, and though they try to fix them quickly its annoying that each week the number of working machines always seems to be less then nonworking ones. I don't like that my neighbors are allowed to put so much decorations outside their apartments that it tends to get cluttered, but it is nice that you have that option. But all in all the office staff and maintenance staff is EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and tend to go out of their way to be available when need... the general area is filled with everything you need as far as grocery stores, and public transportation... which makes this a decent place to live
I have always appreciated the quietness of a house and was rather nervous about living in my own apartment. Noises neighbors, the climb up to my abode, the busy road which im located on... But I don't have problems with any of that. My neighbors and environment around my room and building have yet disturbed me! I love coming home to pure tranquility, and I feels safer rather then living in a house because the management keeps everything collectively controlled. If I ever have any problems living there I know maintenance is reliable, free and quick is there's anything to be done. Such a lovely layout I have as well, having a washer and dryer with extra culinary space is probably my favorite part of the place, and the elongated windows with wooden blinds add a nice accent that keeps the apartment clean yet a touch of modern aesthetic. I am a proud resident at the Park of Salerno, I have always been satisfied since I moved in!
It's a really nice place to live the people in the office are really help fully they have good up keep on the apartments ... The apartments are really big I mean really big..... I love it here....
