Property Ratings at Goldelm at The Views
I would not recommend Goldelm apartments. I was made to submit documents for screening which I did, paid for screening and then there was zero communication from the office. I had a deadline of checking out of my hotel by 15th May and so automatically that was my move in date into the apartment. With zero communication, I opted to call the office to cancel the application since I was working with deadlines and had to look for another apartment only to be told that they can't refund my application fee. And that is how I lost my $200 in a foreign country in the name of house searching and application fees
Lived here for a little over a year and never had any issues that weren’t resolved promptly by management and/or maintenance. Apartment was very clean upon move-in and the office staff made move-in and move-out a breeze. Management is pretty good about communicating things, but could be better about effective signage and zoning for things like sealing the parking lot (victim of towed car). This property is close enough to Hendersonville road to be convenient, but far enough back that it feels private, safe, and quiet. The property is well maintained and neighbors are friendly & respectful and mostly keep to themselves. There are beautiful trees all over the property- avoid parking under them. I feel like the walls are thick as we never had any issues with noise and rarely heard our neighbors (maybe they were just insanely quiet). Parking and the gate can be a bit annoying because the gate breaks frequently and parking near your apartment can be challenging after 7pm. Overall rating: 4.5, I would definitely recommend living at this property if you’re looking for convenience, personable management, and a clean & quiet environment!
This complex and the people thatvrun it from the front office to maintenance are FANTASTIC. I've been here almost 6 months now. Nice quiet community with great amenities and its tucked in off the main road and close to all shopping but just far enough away to not hear all the traffic. I love living here. Highly recommended

We have lived in The Views; nee Carson's Creek, about fourteen years and originally chose it for the beauty of the property and its location. Then we were even more impressed by the lovely interiors, the amount of space and the large walk-in closets. We are located on the back of our building and enjoy the wonderful view of grass and trees as well as the quiet and privacy of our location. For us, it is as close to being in the country as you can be while living in town. When the property was sold and then resold, there were some serious problems but the management has resolved those issue very professionally and we are grateful for that. Thank you!

Amazing place to live. The staff is excellent. I came to look at the apartment and 2 days later I was moving in. Maintenance aims wonderful. Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. Other residents are so friendly and welcoming. My family feel very safe and happy here.

Great location can have animals maintenance is great and timely
We love it here! Just moved in from the west coast. Our 2 bedroom unit is spacious quiet beautiful, private... we couldn't be happier!
The Views is a nice community to live in. There are a lot of amenities in the area and the new management is doing a good job.
The three bedroom is HUGE, walk in closets in all 3 bedrooms, double vanity shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 and an Open Kitchen, dining and living space with a huge balcony and storage. We are located near EVERYTHING that we need or WANT, close to interstates. We wouldn't live anywhere else. AND we have so many events that we know all our neighbors. This is a community, not just another apartment.
Great place, but too expensive.
I had to relocate in a pinch from Hurricane Florence. The office staff went above and beyond to get us moved in quick. The apartment was clean and fresh. It is a cozy apartment that has a different feel from other complexes. I was so thankful to get settled so smoothly.
