Very peaceful for my First home
I have been living at Golden Key apartments for about 2 years and this property is very clean , fairly quite and peaceful here.. Close distance to work and very convenient for local shopping centers.. The office agents and management is very helpful and when in need for something they do not hesitate to communicate and resolve the issue.

I love living here!
I have been living here for a couple of months now, and it has been absolutely awesome! I have lived at another local locations and this office has been the most helpful, prompt w/ service request, and accommodating.

The best choice Golden Key
My husband and I moved in July, we can say that we are very happy in our apartment, it was delivered to us in perfect condition and clean, the common areas such as corridors, swimming pool and laundry are always clean, and on one occasion it needs service and I did not have to beg to solve my problem. we really recommend it KA

Golden Key apts
I have a few month living here, came from other state, but I can say these are very comfortables apartments, big parking lot, nice pool area, near the lakeside mall, supermarkets, everything is nearby. A.M.

Read before wasting your money
Roach and termite infested. Cockroaches swarm your apartment through the ventilation no matter how clean you are. I called to complain and rather than them fixing the problem they blamed it on the region we live in when I’ve been living in New Orleans my whole life and never had issues with cockroaches always in my home. Also management takes forever to do anything about it. I pay my rent on time and don’t bother anyone I feel like I give this place too much money to be treated like this by the management. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Also, they’ve been rewarding tenants with gift cards and Saints tickets to put up good reviews about them for the past year so if I were you I would look for older reviews.

Golden key
Golden Key is the best apartment homes I've resided in thus far. Everyone is very polite, fast working, and we'll respectful. I've had minor maintenance issues within my apartment. Once I report the issue, the maintenance crew is there within minutes. Wonderful service Golden Key offers. My one bedroom is very spacious. I love it! I recommend this complex to anyone searching for a safe, comfortable, and quiet home.

Both thumbs up!
We moved here June 1, and really enjoy both the apartment and Fat City location. We love our 3rd floor balcony and so does our growing plant collection. I give it a thumbs up for storage spaces, fully appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, upgraded flooring and countertops. Thanks Y'all!

These apartments are amazing! I recently just moved in and I love it here! The staff are always so nice.
