A Wonderful apartment in a quiet location. We have a clean, smoke-free property. We are close to Light Rail, bus routes, and a beautiful park that has tennis courts, playground, and an outdoor pool. Our building has new windows, new coin-operated laundry facility, off-street parking, secured entry, and beautiful landscaping. We are a smoke-free property and do not allow smoking of any kind....please let your guests know. We also do not accept section eight. We are family owned and operated. Water, trash, sewer, heat, gas for stove, are included...
