The apartments are very well maintained, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. We lived there for over 3 years before buying our home. If I had to go back to an apartment it would be back at Golfbrook. Nice amenities and even better neighbors.
Golf Brook Apartments is an amazing place to live! My apartment was spacious, private, and so perfect for my husband, dog, and I! If we hadn't purchased a house we would still be living there. The maintenance and office staff are always quick and friendly, and the community is very well maintained. I recommend Golf Brook to all my friends, family, and another else I meet who is looking for an apartment!
Living in golf brook circle has been an amazing living experience its quite its clean very spacious for everything i need fav place of my apartment will be the bathroom cant go wrong with a big bathroom the prices are reasonable i would recommend this community to a family
If you are considering apartment living, then Golf Brook Apartments is where you want to be! I have been a resident for 2 years and been very satisfied with living here. The management and staff are truly exceptional and are very attentive to resident concerns. Everyone works hard every day to ensure operations run smoothly and management is very interested in promoting and maintaining a healthy community life. The apartments are all spacious and accommodating and the open floor plan layouts and raised ceilings (for second story units) are nice too and add virtual space. The property was built on a former 9-hole executive golf course, so most of the units are bordered by lots of open green space, which provides nice views and a natural sound barrier. If you love mature trees and people, there are plenty here! This is a safe and quiet community and offers lots of nice amenities (clubhouse, pool and gym). The property is also pet friendly. In fact, this past year, management added a Pet Spa called The Pampered Paw!! All of the apartments also include fireplaces, large master bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower and garages! These options are not available in many apartment communities or are considered separately priced options. There are so many great reasons why you will love living in Golf Brook. I hope you will strongly consider Golf Brook Apartments as your next residence. You will be truly glad you did!
Moved into Golf Brook apartments in August 2018. The apartment is vary spacious. The back porch is screened in. There is a one car garage. The staff at Golf Brook is very attentive to their tenants need and concerns. Prompt response from maintenance .The area is well maintained. Neighbhood is quite . I've enjoyed living at Golf Brook.
My wife and I have lived at Golf Brook a little over four years, and we can’t imagine living in a different apartment. These apartment homes are spacious, and in the best location possible. The staff are the nicest management you could ask for, and the maintenance staff are on top of their game. It is so hard to think about buying a home when we’ve had such a great experience living here.
I have lived at Golf Brook Apartments for several years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the community. I have a 3 bedroom, 1600 square foot unit so each of my children have a private bedroom, two full baths so my daughter has her private bathroom, there's plenty of closet space, large rooms with very high ceilings, a great living room with a raised marble wood burning fireplace and walkout screened patio, and they allow pets. Each unit has a garage with lots of attic storage. The neighborhood is fully treed, has an awesome pool with covered entertaining space, a work out room, and lighted tennis courts. Most importantly, the management continually upgrades the apartments, repairs are usually accomplished within the day they are called in, or as soon as they can procure parts, and the onsite maintenance staff are extremely efficient and courteous. The staff in the leasing office who handle day to day business are incredible...they know your name and are immediately responsive to any request you make that's within their power to accomplish. They have holiday parties, pool parties, and social events at local restaurants for residents. I am so pleased I found Golf Brook Apartments in my search for a great living space which is also close to schools, restaurants, gyms, and major roadways.
I’ve been living at Golf Brook for about 6 months. The units are adorable. I appreciate my garage. Oh and my bathtub is the best thing in my life! It’s a really cute part of town too. A nice neighborhood to go running or biking in and very close to Wekiva Springs. The office staff is great too! Whatever you need done, they got it. I have had zero problems since I’ve been here. What a great place to live!
Golf Brook Apartments is a quiet & safe neighborhood. It's a beautiful area surrounded by trees. There is a walking path about 2 miles around the area that is safe for exercising & walking your pet. They have great floor plans that do not look and feel like a box. I also love having a garage too. All the tenants living here are friendly and warm. The office staff is excellent, professional and very helpful too. They are good about remembering everyone's name. I've not had much need to contact maintenance, but when I have called to change a light bulb or needed something they were quick in responding, usually the same day. During the hurricane, we had a lot of debris. Golf Brook responded quickly and had it cleaned up in no time. I've lived here about 3 years and highly recommend Golf Brook Apartments.
I have rented houses, apartments and condos for many years after selling my own home. For the last 3 years, I have lived at Golf Brook Apartments and have never felt as welcomed, safe, and pleased with my “home” (feels like much more than an apartment), the private garage, and well maintained grounds. The staff, both office and maintenance, are superior to ANY I have encountered. The follow-through on requests is speedy and professional. In fact, I had looked for an NTS managed property from the start because I knew of its fine reputation. Golf Brook provided me with a spacious floor plan, lovely grounds, and recommendations from friends who have lived here. Golf Brook also offers events where you can meet lovely neighbors and socialize, but also enjoy the quiet and privacy you desire. Though this might sound like an “ad”, it is truly how I feel about the fair cost and pleasure of living here.
Lived here for over 4 years and plan to remain. Office staff very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance staff always ready to be of assistance with cheerful attitude. Grounds maintained with care. Pets permitted and owners appear to observe curb you animal rules. Noise is not a problem. Other renters on the property seem to be quite friendly. This is a great place to live.
I've rented apartments in Florida for more than 35 years, in three different cities, and Golf Brook has been the best, by far. All the people in the front office are friendly, professional, and interested in their tenants. And, the maintenance staff is amazing. They tend to maintenance requests quickly -- often in the same day. The community is quiet and well kept. The people living here are friendly and neighborly. The apartments are roomy and modern. And, I love having a garage. It's almost like living in a home rather than an apartment. It is a very good value for the money.
Worth every penny to live here. These apartments are huge and the staff is always helpful and warm. The maintenance is better than you could ever imagine. It took me about a year to get used to how awesome this place is. I can never live in another apartment complex or rent a home again. Life is too short not to live here. After 2 years I still can not believe I live here. It is perfect. Never lost power during the hurricane(s). Your trash is picked up daily. Your light bulbs are replaced on the 15ft ceilings for you. The AC filters are changed for you or they will leave you extras. Social gatherings, immaculate tennis courts, Pet Spa, pool, fitness and all you can drink Starbucks coffee and snacks. They are always looking for ways to improve and not ways to cut corners. That is why Golf Brook Apartments usually has a waiting list. I never want to live anywhere else.
We've been with Golf Brook for years now and it's hard to imagine living anywhere else. The units are spacious and beautiful, with great appliances and maintenance is beyond amazing if you ever have an issue. The outside is landscaped weekly and the valet trash service is prompt. Alot of work goes into making sure everything runs smoothly. The area is quiet and located on a 1 mil loop. The surrounding are all apartments or homes but it's an amazing walking path for exercise if you don't want to use GB's workout room for cardio. The thing that stands out though is the management team. They know you and your family, and not just on a monthly take your check basis. They plan activities and try to run things for the whole community in addition to being a great team.
If you're looking for an apartment, look no more. This complex has EVERYTHING you need and then some. Last year we were looking for a permanent home and hit the jackpot with Golf Brook. From the first visit to see the apartment we were welcomed like we already lived there. The amazing staff is just there ready to walk you every step of the way. The apartment has all the characteristics we were looking for and some we didn't even know we wanted. Our neighbors are exceptional. My family and friends always comment that they were greeted and treated so nicely while driving through the complex. It's always funny how strange they feel been treated so nicely. All the amenities are kept in excellent standards and needless to say, we renewed. Our hope is that at some point we get to become owners of our amazing home.
I’ve been a resident at Golf Brook Apartments for over 10 years. I can’t imagine living anywhere else! The apartments are very spacious with a well thought out floor plan. The garage is an added bonus and includes attic storage space. While the complex is older than many of its neighbors, they are very well maintained. The office staff is fun and friendly, but also prompt and professional in dealing with residents, guests, prospective residents and contractors. The maintenance staff are the best. They respond promptly to calls, are quite capable of dealing with almost all maintenance requests, and quick to call for an outside contractor to complete work that they are unable to do themselves. The amenities are on par with all the other complexes in our area. The complex is close to numerous grocery stores and restaurants, but far enough away to be out of the main traffic jams.Golf Brook is a pet friendly complex. The grounds are very well maintained. What I like the most is that the neighborhood is very quiet. I’ve lived in a number of apartments in my life, and Golf Brook is by far the best.
This community takes pride in its lifestyle. Located in the Sabal area of Longwood, units are spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Outside the units live towering oaks giving great shade, and every unit has well manicured hedges and plants. Roads are recently sealed and all buildings freshly painted. Amenities are limited to tennis courts, pool, and a very nice workout room, but I've not needed more. Each unit gets a one car detached garage (deduct $100 a month for unneeded storage and Golf Brook rent is very competitive). Second floor units have 13' ceilings which are amazing at this price. Downstairs units have high ceilings and an outside private walled patio and screened in porch. Master bathrooms are incredible and master bedrooms are large and unique. I can't say enough about the staff at Golf Brook. Every minor issue I've had was handled that same day. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They actually remember everyone's name. Close (but not too close) to I4, shopping, restaurants, etc. the only negative feature is the unit's shape. The master bedroom juts out from the rest of the building and has side windows giving a view into your neighbors apartment (and them, yours). But each unit has massive vertical blinds to give privacy. I highly recommend Golf Brook.
Large apartment homes in a very quiet area. Interior designs are spacious, and rooms are not "box cut". Great floor plans. Very close to shopping, a variety of restaurants, and access to major road ways. Community activities are planned monthly. Staff is excellent. It is not uncommon to see deer roaming early in the morning and ducks in the ponds.
