Property Ratings at Oaktree
I have lived here for the past 3 years. With issues that range from parking, to issues that happen within each unit. The units are extremely outdated with areas of the floor caving in and the wood laminate floors peeling up, with property managers randomly entering your house, and plenty of issues with inside the cheaply built units. You will be delightfully greeted every night with a smell of dollar store weed, and a couple of times where I heard neighbors arguing and fighting outside. When the time comes (it will) for you to fill out a maintenance request, you will come to find how difficult it is to get a hold of your property manager. I would not recommend these “townhomes” to anyone. For anyone who will be starting their journey here, I truly do wish you the best of luck. You’re going to need it…
I love the new manager, LaToya. You can tell that she cares about the people and the kids. She speaks when she sees someone out and even picks up around the property.
Nichole was wonderful at showing me and my wife around on tour. Very quiet atmosphere. Clean property and nice overall feel.
2 stars is me just being generous. However, it takes forever to get things fixed. Consistent smell of weed all the time. Parking is terrible. Management doesn’t exist and if it does good luck with getting things fixed. I would not waste my money on this place if i was a perspective renter. Run and don’t look back.
This community always changes property management. You make complaints that are never taken into consideration. The rent is too high for nothing more than a duplex community. The parking is extremely tight between duplex's and you may have to park away from you duplex and walk down to your living area. Other units if have multiple cars or guest will park right in front of your door and management has had several complaints and they do not resolve them. The floor caved in, their were bugs. This property needs serious steady management that wants to fix the community. Residents just pay money and have no voice. Do not move here, I was a paying tenant not put out. This review is my experience and I am glad to have moved to a better property that listens to tenants concerns and fix all maintenance issues without a hassle. No bugs as well might I add.
These apartment "townhomes" are nice. Having the bedrooms upstairs makes the place seem so much bigger than an apartment of equal monthly rent. Their age is about 22 years so some fixtures may be dated but it appears they are working on that as people move out. There is no swimming pool or fitness room which may be why the rent is fairly low.. Also, there is virtually no extra parking other than two spaces in front of each unit, so if you often want to invite lots of people over, you may want to pass on these apartments. Otherwise, the place is pretty quiet and in a decent location.
