Recently moved here from New Jersey. I looked at many complexes, including Golf Pointe. The pluses are many: : incredibly friendly office staff : very large floor plans including lots of closets : I’ve called for very minor fixes, and maintenance was here the same day : it’s quiet. That’s a big deal for me, and I’m pleased : I face the nature preserve. It’s amazing; I have hummingbirds at my balcony off and on all day : neighbors are quiet and pleasant : lovely pool
I love Golf Pointe. All of the staff is so nice, Rent is affordable, it’s quiet, spacious, and updated! Updates are made nearly every few months to keep the space looking clean and new! In love with my apartment and will definitely be living here for a long time.
Best apartment community, hands down! Patio/deck in front and back, amazing amount of space between apartment buildings, quiet, safe, and AFFORDABLE! Favorite thing about my one bedroom is the walk in closet with washer dryer hookups and storage space!! Smart and spacious design!
