The windows are 50 years old they leak and wind blows through the apartment. Huge electric bill never under 150.00, water leaks into the walls causing mold, it's cheap to get into but not cheap to get out, I was charged for new carpet, when I left I tried to talk to someone no response so I paid up to avoid ruining my credit, this was a costly experience..,
I really enjoy my apartment , I've been here for 6 months about and I haven't had any issues. The management is great, always making sure everything is okay with my apartment. I would recommend this place to anybody.
It’s good for the price as it is one of the cheaper places in essexville, but maintenance is lacking, the appliances are outdated, and you can hear your neighbors all the time
I can not believe how these people operate. My dad lived in this complex for almost two years always paid his rent on time never had any issues the last landlord always said how she wished every tenant was like him. On November 7th he went in to speak to the office manager in regards to what he had to do to get out of his lease earlier Monday you he only had til the end of January. He explained to the manager who was there at the time that he was just diagnosed with stage 4 esophagus cancer that had spread to his liver, hip bone and his back. He explained that he was not able to work and care for himself. She was extremely rude and said a 30 day notice was required seriously it was the 7th!!!!! She made him sign a 30 day notice form. On Monday December 2nd we received a notice from them in the charges needing to be paid and guess what they charged him for the last 2 months rent and $25 for a bag of garbage that was not there I personally packed and moved his belongings out of the apartment. I guess you would have rather evict a dying man and put him on the streets then be understanding and compassionate. I tried calling the main main to speak to someone in regards to this matter and no one ever returned my calls. How cold hearted can one be.

I lived here for two years. It was cozy and a good first apartment but there wasn’t mold and water damage all over my apartment. I lived there when Ian was the manager & his response was “moles live underground what do you expect” since I was the lower apartment... he just painted over it. The wall started bulging from water damage under the window & cracked. They just patched the crack. The dryer was broken the whole time I lived there & it took a year for them to fix a crack in my window they made when installing it. If Ian was a better manager & got the maintence work done I would have lived there longer. I wish they had townhomes or bigger apartments. Hopefully the new manager is better.
Windows and walls leak every time it rains and there is mold all over the apartment. The landlord is disrespectful and refuses to solve the promblem. Offers responses such as “lay a towel down” or “paint over the mold” DO NOT LIVE HERE
The fact that you neighbors wake you up at 4 in the morning simply by just slamming the cupboard doors is bad enough. It seems as tho the was between apartments are about as thin as a piece of plywood.
very nice and clean friends all around the area it would be a nice place to call home
