Picture it a family moving to a new state for a new adventure. My name is Derek and I move from Wisconsin to Illinois for a new job. I have been in the Champaign area snice January of this year. I have had to stay in a hotel this whole time which is not too bad because I am the GM of that hotel. The problem with me staying in the hotel is I was never allowed to get away for my place of work. When I was done in the office, I would leave to go home but my home was on the 3rd floor. Like I said it was okay staying, but on sold out nights it would get loud in the hotel and I needed my space from work. I have been looking since February this year and the local area and everywhere I would find a place I was not able to rent because I was not a collage student and I was not able to pay the high rent. I started to look outside Champaign and, in my search, my son and I found Golfview Villages. The day I reach out to Golfview I found the staff in the office were great to work with. I worked with Abby and then with Joey. These two employees were great. They answer all of my questions and were with me each step of the time to make sure it would go smoothly. Last item I would like to say is that with the help of the staff and how nice the apartment looks I know that my son and I will be happy here. Thank you all...

We have been looking for an apartment for my daughter going to UIUC. We have set up and gone on a few 'tours' elsewhere, some have never even bothered to reply. After setting up to look at a Unit at Golfview Village, we had the fortune opportunity to deal with a representative named Joey. He was patient having to reschedule due to school/work conflicts with my daughter. She finally met with him while I was on a call with her due to my inability to meet in person. Joey could not have been more informative or helpful! Every question, and yes, there were quite a few, he answered professionally and honestly. This has been completely opposite to what we had dealt with at prior establishments. All others could not give 2 cr@ps about providing relevant information. Joey carried on a nice conversation with my daughter talking about his experiences living there himself. While she has not even moved in yet, the initial experience has been great! The application process and lease has been thoroughly explained. The website has a great 3d app to get a perspective of the layout and able to measure spaces. The price is highly competitive for the size and quantity. Thank you!

I've rented from Golfview Village for the last four years and the staff in rantoul not only made my life easier by having hassle free options for rent but every time I had an issue they were very timely with their responses. Great place to call home.

Nice place to live that's affordable! Office staff genuinely cares about your satisfaction and any issue's that came up where immediately taken care of! What more could you ask for!! The location is great with CU within 25 minutes,

Amazing staff, very helpful when it comes to any issues or concerns. Outside is kept nice, workers cleaning up trash daily and nice landscape. Overall a great place to make your own :)

Been living here for over 4yrs staff is excellent. Whenever I have a problem it's taken care of in a fast and timely matter.

Former resident of a 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom complex. The apartment complex is kept clean with workers walking it daily for trash pickup. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The maintenance people are friendly and somewhat quick about fixing the problem. Overall a decent place to live in rantoul.

I first moved to Golfview based on a friend's recommendation. I'm very thankful that he told us about it. The townhomes are charming and homey, and the tree-lined streets make the whole area lovely. The staff are invested, passionate, and involved. My wife stopped at the office to request a workorder and the repair was finished before she got home from shopping. The pricing is among the best in the area, especially given the easy commute to the Chambana/UoI area. I can not recommend the property highly enough.

Mgt is awesome. Its so peaceful and quiet. I love it here. Maintance is quick and friendly.

Dirty and they never fix any issues. Had two of my kids tlive there for a few months and they were both screwed out of money. Do not recommend. Management is horrible

I hate & regret moving here! Tired of the lies! I've been very patient, waiting for someone to address my concerns. Staff keeps telling me anything to prolong the matter & shut me up! The filth next door is appalling! Because of their procrastination & lies, I'm suffering... Mice are entering my unit looking for food due to the unoccupied unit that has garbage & debris everywhere. I was told, before I signed my lease, relocated from another State, & moved in, that the fifth was cleaned up. When I moved in, it wasn't. Now I'm STUCK in an uncomfortable situation! I truly regret moving into Golfview Village. I'm afraid to unpack because of the mice. Yeah, the rent is cheap... I'm definitely getting what I'm paying for; 2 months down, 10 months to go, in misery! ???????**The photos are indeed false advertisement!**

Honestly, this is probably the best rental experience I've ever had. Maybe I've just gotten luck but the reviews on here are bogus. I agree, the places are older but the people in the office are super nice to my girl and I when we come in. We've paid late before and they are always willing to work wit us. We did have kinda a big maintinence problem this year in our bathroom but they show up with like 3 dudes and fixed within a couple hours. My girl was freaking out but they got us taken care of pretty quick. Our neighbors are awesome too, we grill out together and it doesn't feel like an apartment at all it feels like a community. The new playground equipment is SUPER cool for my boy. I already referred like 4 my friends out here and they actually get you rent credits to do that --- why wouldn't I want my buddies living here wit me....especially since you get a commission from it. It was a little nerve racking when the new owners came in but we don't mind paying a little extra every year when we renew if they keep fixing up playgounds, cutting out dead trees, and repainting the buildings. All new windows would be SUPER great if they want a recommendation.

Golfview Village has an outstanding reputation along its tenants, well at least for me. I cost $99 for a deposit to move, extremely cheaper than most places in this area. The staff is very professional, polite and knowledgeable, they know me by name. When I had personal problems and requested a smaller apartment, there was absolutely no hassle and the matter was resolved quickly. An overall great and clean place to live in the Rantoul area.

Hello apartments.com, I love living in golfview they really know how to treat you. They keep the neighborhood well clean and safe. They have events for kids before going back to school,they also have a golf course for adults to enjoy and relax. I've have had times where I was late on my rent in which other bills come in so I would have to pay on my next check. I would tell them and they would understand and tell me to not worry, I really feel that they care for you. I also want to say that their rent never goes up which is a huge plus. That's why I think Golfview Village is a great place.
