Property Ratings at Goodnight Commons
This is an honest review. The place is dirty, even though it looks great on the outside. Some reviews talk about the process of doing the paperwork to get in but Trust when I tell you that management does not communicate with you when you move in. They are very rude and unprofessional. Trash litters the place and there isn't anything done about it. The fitness room is locked due to teenagers destroying and stealing the tv. I could go on and on.

Smoking in the stairwells, bugs all over the apt. never any parking. staff never replies to emails or calls. place sucks everything is so cheap!!! RUNNNNN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I’ve tried for 2 months to even talk to someone. No one answers the phone, emails back, or is even in the office for scheduled tours! Good luck if you’re trying to move here
We have been living here for over a year and we really like living here! The team at the Leasing office is always happy and willing to help when we have any questions or concerns. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy residents and we are so glad we renewed our lease! Whenever we have any maintenance requests, they are very quick to come to our unit to fix them and they are always very pleasant. So happy to call Commons at Good night home :)
My husband called and left a voicemail about two weeks ago and hadn’t heard back. We decided to stop by one day after work but they were closing. Ricardo told us he’d open next day at 10am. We stopped by about 10:30 and Ricardo was already swamped with visitors. Now we know why we hadn’t heard back! He was trying his best to help everyone in a timely manner but it was impossible due to high traffic. We were able to get the info needed and toured an apartment home. It’s very nice and the price is great. We haven’t turned in our application yet but we hope to move in to the property this spring. Ricardo was great and very apologetic. He is great representation for the complex.
Tried reaching this apartment multiple times to receive information but not once have I heard back from anyone..
Their application process took a long time. It have been two months without solid answer if I get the apartment or not The manager isn’t so responsive too
