Clean space with lot of ventillation via windows, friendly community, maintenance staff and maintenance services excellent. Suggestion : Recycling facility can be provided on site even if it's going to cost little bit extra.

Very spacious unit love the area. Close to all shops and restaurants. Everything is walking distance love the surroundings. Parking can be a little inconvenient for guest but great community so far.

After being a two year resident: Overall, the experience has been largely positive. While some typical human, resident, business related issues have arisen and been addressed, this location is generally pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable. The accessibility and walkability are exceptional, particularly for a New Yorker like myself and my family, making it an ideal fit for us. The level of attention and care provided by both the leasing and maintenance professionals is truly commendable.

The Grace Park offers a modern living experience with well-maintained amenities and a community-centered environment. Love the area and the maintenance requests goes very fast. Would stay here longer. We have everything around us walking distance. We also enjoy the resident lounge.
I read the review about the roaches and it is completely accurate, I live on the top floor and have been fighting them since May. I have contacted the newest manager and had to fight with her for over two weeks before they finally sent someone out to spray back in the spring and then never did see them come spray again until about two days ago, the excuse given was that the workers said they were told not to come into my apartment and spray. Other things have went down hill also, the elevator is always dirty and is making loud noises and moves several inches when you step into it, I don't even like using it. And lets not forget about the towing of the cars, several people had their cars towed because they did not have a sticker, but when I complained about someone being in my spot I was told to just call the police. And of course all of the trash that was pilled up beside the dumpster or months until I started complaining about it. I feel sorry for the Maint guys as it is my understanding that they must cover the entire complex. I cant wait until my lease ends so that we can move, I could not recommend this apartment to anyone, you will pay a very high price and get no amenities from it not to mention all of the issues I have had to deal with.
Since moving in 4 months ago, I've actively killed or found over 2 dozen cockroaches inside my apartment on the top floor. There are stomped cockroaches all along our indoor stairwell. There are cockroaches outside in our mulch. I've communicated with Grace Park management regarding extermination multiple times, and yet things seem to be getting worse. I've raided and used traps with no luck keeping them out. The last straw was when I was awoken with a cockroach falling onto my bed from the vent on my ceiling. Despite speaking directly with the current property manager face-to-face or via phone at least 5 times in the last few months regarding this issue, Cynthia now claims that because there is no paper record of my reports, there is no problem. I suppose that could make sense in her mind, given that when told of the issue the first time, she wasn't appalled or disgusted. In fact, she claimed that cockroaches here are "very normal". And normal it is. I've also spoken with 2 of my neighbors so far, and they've both been experiencing roach problems. One of them had to purchase mesh to cover their vents to try to prevent roach entry. The other said they've gotten 4-5 roaches in the past week alone. As of 9/12/2017, I just walked home from work to 4 more roaches in a single day.
I've been in my apartment for five years and love it!
My wife and I have lived in quite a bit of apartments, and Grace Park is definitely top notch. The office staff is amazing, always willing to help, and I'm pretty sure they know every tenant by name. Not only that, but the community is awesome, with a membership to Anytime Fitness included in the rent, and discounts to all the restaurants. We live on the third floor, so the view is amazing as well. We do not have any issues with crazy neighbors or bugs. We are also conveniently right down the road from a few major grocery stores, a super nice shopping area and I-40 and 540. There are not many downsides to living here. The stairs are surely not my favorite, but that was our choice. Parking fills up pretty quickly, but the walk is not too bad. I would highly recommend Grace Park to anyone I meet.
