Grafton Park

I have lived at Grafton for 3 years now and I have to say I have had minor issues but they have always need so great to take care of them. if you are looking for some were that is going to treat you like a human then this is the place for you.

I’ve been a resident here at Grafton for 2.5 years and although there have been new managers, the property is well maintained and the current staff and maintenance are always friendly and wanting to help! Highly recommend living here. It’s also in a great location right off Sawmill and a quick drive to OSU and downtown.

AC not able to keep up with summer temperatures. House feels like oven. Looking forward to move out from here.

Staff is great! never have issues with work orders! free starbucks coffee! resident events! you name it and its at Grafton.

We lived at Grafton park for almost 6 years with different companies who have managed it. By far the worst company currently owns this complex. We are so happy we moved when we did and no longer have to deal with the loss in amenities being nice, crime, and poor communication. We will no longer be recommending to our friends.

Maintainance takes forever like a month or more if they even address the issue. Office hours are only 10-5 on weekdays. Office has trouble answering emails and phone calls. There has been a recent increase in crime. THe office doesn’t know how to process things on their app. Staff is friendly but it probably needs to be at least doubled.

Grafton Park used to be a great place to live. Then the property was sold to a new management company, Birge and Held. It’s gone down hill from there. The office is constantly understaffed, don’t bother trying to call them because they will most likely not answer the phone. Maintenance is also severely understaffed. It took 4 days to even get someone to look at my AC when it was 90 degrees out. It was so hot inside my apartment, my dog and I had to find somewhere else to stay until they found the time to fix it. Then once it was fixed it broke again two day later. A night and day difference, for the worse, from the old management company. It is clear no one in the company cares because all they do is provide generic excuses and insincere apologies. Better off taking your rent money elsewhere.

Two of us moved in back in February and have been loving it since! We are very happy here! Kenzie and Lindsey have been great! Both of us are enjoying our jobs and have been exploring the surrounding areas.

A great place to call "home". The Leasing team is great, Lindsey & Chloe will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, The maintenance staff are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I have been living here from 2019 & without any second thought I always renew my Lease with Grafton Park Apartments The community is located between bethel & Sawmill road & near to many restaurants, Department Stores, Movie Theatres & Gas Stations. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I had to find an apartment quickly while quick selling my home to a cash buyer. I wasn't thrilled about moving into an apartment, but, after visiting a few complexes, I found Grafton Park. Right from the start, they were different from the others and that credit goes to the staff, they were far friendlier and more helpful than the others I had met (and have been great since I have moved in). I have lived here for about a month now and it has been great, I have even had a (small) maintenance request that was resolved quickly. The rent is a bit pricey (then again is it ever not?), but compared to the other complexes that I toured in the area, I would argue that Grafton Park has the best value. Check it out if you're looking for a place in the Dublin area.

I moved into Grafton Park earlier this year and have enjoyed the experience so far. Maintenance has quickly responded to my service requests, and my interactions with the staff have been positive. I also appreciate the community events that have been organized as well. Finally, I have been impressed with the facilities, including the pool and fitness center.

My family (me, my husband, and three year old moved in in September) and we have had a great experience. The community is well organized and child friendly- my daughter felt very at home very quickly and loves exploring the community. Our apartment was in perfect condition and very easy to move into and make our own. And the community management team is wonderful. There are great community events, and great communication from the management team. They are always very welcome when we come in to get packages or ask questions. Rent payments are also very easy on an online portal. We love living here!

I must say I highly recommend, the property management team are absolutely great with excellent customer service.

I’m a new tenant here and so far have nothing but good things to say! I met with leasing agent Clohe (who is great and very easy to work with) who from start to finish was not only professional but took the time to actually figure out what it was that I was looking for with regards to a home and also making sure it was within my planned budget! The grounds are very clean and needless to say apartments are spacious. My only qualm; if you’d call it that would be one can hear neighbors above you if they are running around or have pets that may be loud (I’m on the 2nd floor) which is not a big deal for me but could be for someone else. Overall, glad I made the decision to lease here!

First, I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years since college, so this was a process for me. After viewing several higher end communities, Grafton Park exceeded my expectations. I recently moved in and have to say that not only was the process simple, it was streamlined and most everything done online. Chole and Lindsey made the transition easy and delivered everything they said they would do. I entered a very clean updated apartment and this exceeded my expectations. As for the the workout facility and pool it five stars, clean, modern and really a neat place to enjoy. As a company owner, I know you can only be as good as your front line staff. Champion has a great staff at Grafton and they made the difference in me deciding where to move.

First 6 months we had no issues. Period. Then all of sudden someone got their tires stolen. Happened two more times after that and I have been here for 10 months now. Also, office staff is nice but when there is a problem they act so incompetent it's sad. Save your money and move elsewhere.

I moved into my apartment a few weeks ago and love everything about Grafton Park. Not only are the apartments beautiful on the inside, but they make sure to keep the community looking lovely with lots of greenery as well. There is also doorstep pickup for recycling which was such a nice surprise! After moving in, I only needed one minor maintenance fix and they were at my door within 30 minutes of my request, so kind and helpful. Along with the maintenance team, the leasing staff has been so friendly. Grafton Park's community manager, Lindsey, has been exceptionally great through this whole process of touring, signing my lease, and getting settled into the community! I couldn’t be happier with my new home.

Best experience I’ve had!! I reached out because I’m moving from out of state and Clohe was fantastic, she helped me with a virtual tour, provided all the info I needed and has been in contact with me to keep me up to date on everything! I honestly already love this place!!

Rented from them for roughly 2 years, and it is a great property. I never had to file a work order because everything worked great. The grounds are well maintained and the club house is great. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking! Plenty of parking as well! Lindsey and Kristen are super friendly, helpful, and a great asset to the community.

Not a good place to rent at all. Place is ran with an iron fist. Take your money elsewhere. Also, this place is bad about keeping the grounds clean. And cherry pick with what is and isn't OK. We have also been experiencing some bug problems. Had to spray pesticides in my own home to control the situation.

Grafton is amazing! We just moved in and love it so far. Lindsey and Kristen are awesome. The pond is amazing to look at and there are so many fantastic amenities! I would highly recommend this community.

The apartments are lovely, all of the common areas are very clean and well maintained. Any maintenance requests have been taken care of next day or quicker! Price is also good, especially for the location.

My girlfriend and I lived in this apartment complex for two years and we moved out in June 2020. I have to say this place has the worst property management. As I service member in the military, I was called in for duty during the COVID pandemic. I gave my move-out notice to the leasing office the day I came back from duty, 56 days before the end of my lease. Yet, the office manager asked me to pay the extra four days of rent just because my notice was given 4 days late. I tried to explain my situation, but they didn’t care. One month after we moved out, the property management contacted us and told us they had replaced the carpet for the entire two-bedroom apartment. Guess what, we were responsible for the bill. We were shocked because we knew the carpet was damage free other than a couple of minor stains... Both of us had just graduated from college and have been trying to save up for the down payment for our first home, so we didn’t bother to find a lawyer for help. We paid for the replacement... From what we heard, we are not the first tenants that have been asked to pay for carpet replacement. Knowing what we know now, we would stay away from this place.

We moved to Grafton Park, from another state, during the pandemic. One of the Community Managers, Nicole, was incredibly helpful and responsive in providing details about available apartments and even gave us a virtual FaceTime tour since we weren't able to see the space in person. The application and move-in processes were straight-forward. Since living here, when we need to reach out to the management team, they are kind, helpful, and timely. It's a nice, quiet community located conveniently off of Sawmill Road. If searching for an apartment in the Dublin area, would highly recommend looking into Grafton Park.

I’ve been at Grafton Park a month now and love it. The location is convenient, the complex is pretty and quiet, my apartment is beautiful, and Nicole and Kendra, and the rest of the management team, have been great!! Very happy with my choice!

I would say that this apartment looks fine after visiting the model room, but the service is AWFUL. I signed the lease without careful consideration and understand of lease since they said that we had to sign it as soon as possible to keep the price. However, they came up with an offer of $500 gift card right next day and another $150 credit back in 3 days. I felt cheated and doubted that they did this on purpose to skip us. NEVER LIVE HERE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION AND PROMOTION!

My soon-to-be husband and I were looking for a place to live in Columbus, and we love Grafton! We really appreciated how the grounds always looked very nice and well kept, and the staff has been nothing but helpful. They always answer the phone and their emails in a timely manner and are always so happy to help us. They are also very accommodating and are willing to work with you. When we unexpectedly needed our lease to start a couple days before our move in date, they were able to work with us, and we really appreciated it. The apartment itself is amazing! It smelled so clean when we first came, and everything is up to date. You definitely get a lot of great amenities for the price of rent like a washer and dryer in unit, a balcony, a pool, a gym, and a lot more. All of these things are well kept and up to date as well. We have only been living at Grafton for a short amount of time, but we love it already! 10/10

My husband and I have been living at Grafton Park for about a month now. We have had a great experience so far! The apartment is nice and new. We love the pond in the middle of the complex. The location is great—we moved from another apartment complex about 3 minutes away because we love it so much. It’s great that we have recycling pick-up every week. They’ve also had some nice community perks like a free movie from Amazon and a free pint of Jeni’s ice cream. Both Nicole and Kendra are always very nice and happy to help us. We did have an issue with the fire alarm for the first couple of weeks, but that seems to be resolved now. Also, we don’t like that we have to use AT&T internet here because it is much slower than our old Spectrum internet. However, those are pretty minor issues compared to how great everything else is. :) I am definitely glad we decided to move here!

My wife and I have lived at Grafton Park since the spring of 2019. The management has been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been very timely upon request. We love the spacious rooms and kitchen layout. The clubhouse and pool are a great place to relax and meet new friends. Mail boxes are out of the weather. Trash compactor is a plus. And recycling pick-up at the front door is convenient. Our garage keeps the car out of the weather. My car loves it. Grafton Park meets our needs and is well located. Tom and Becky

From the minute I came to Grafton Park to check it out, everyone has been so wonderful to me. They were not pushy to get me to live here and when I chose them based on great reviews and a beautiful property...they were exceptional at helping me get settled. The property is well taken care of and Champion is a very good company to work with. The clubhouse is absolutely incredible and always very clean. Maintenance was quick when needed and communicated effectively. Leasing office staff has gone above and beyond time and time again to ensure my comfort here. The location is great! It’s close to literally anything in the world you want/need on Sawmill Rd but set far back enough that I don’t hear anything. There are literally hundreds of apartments in the area, but trust me, choose Grafton Park.

Jessica and Nichole were great throughout the whole process (from scheduling a walk through when I was looking, to working with my company during the rental process, through my move in). The apartment is quiet, peaceful, and well maintained.

We all know what to expect from apartment living. The team here at Grafton goes beyond that expectation. These are NEW apartments with amazing high speed internet, a well-vetted community and activities that attract and bring out the best of people. The team is proud to care & make every reasonable accommodation to ensure peak satisfaction. I was just in the business center printing & scanning documents for work. I even had my I-9 completed using the leasing office staff as my employer’s authorized representative. That’s how far they will go to make your life easier. This is better than owning property in my opinion. If you’re like me and enjoy relaxation while meeting goals & deadlines, this is the place for you! The receptionists are very polite and help make doing documents and working from home much easier. Their business center is well set and the front desk is always willing to lend a hand if the printer isnt working. I love living here since they really make you feel like a valued resident. 5 stars all the way :)

I stayed there in Grafton park for an year. Due to huge increase of rent I planned to move-out. After moving out they sent me a charge of $225 as carpet cleaning for the living room. I requested for the detail, they called me and told that they would come back after checking with the Grafton team. I did wait for couple of weeks, but no reply from them. Then I sent emails two times, then I got reply from them that I need to pay $958. I don't understand, why they are charging more. Please stay away from Champion properties. Do not ask any details if they send of any amount, otherwise you would be charged more. Very bad experience in my lifetime so far.

Grafton park is a great apartment community. Been here for close to an year and have had a great experience living here. The management is very friendly and motivated to assist residents in their stay. Ken was very helpful to me and assisted me greatly in moving in and my continued stay. I definitely recommend Grafton park if you are looking for an apartment living in the Dublin area.

The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is fast and excellent. Overall, this is a nice community and it’s been excellent living at Grafton Park.

Me and my friend have seen every possible community in Dublin and finally moved to Grafton Park couple of months ago. This place is beautiful, clean, lively and very affordable. The leasing office has pool, games to play, movie room with coffee and popcorn! :D. The management has been friendly and cooperative, maintenance is available at all times. The community has easy access to stores, theaters, restaurants and all other amenities. I love this community and would definitely recommend to others.

I moved into Grafton Park a couple weeks ago, and it could not have been easier. Everything in the apartment was cleaned and prepared for us to arrive. We came in to a "Welcome Home" box with some kitchen supplies. They held any mail that already delivered at the front desk. They have checked in a couple times to make sure everything is running smoothly. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures online, and the customer service is outstanding. It's only been a couple weeks, but I'm more than happy with our new home.

My husband and I moved here while it was still under construction in 2016. It was our first apartment together and we've had our two kids while living here, so this place has a special place in our hearts. In terms of apartment layout and location, it honestly can't get any better than Grafton Park. The modern aesthetic is stunning and rooms are very spacious. We live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the second floor (the vaulted ceilings are so worth paying extra for by the way). It's right across the street from Sam's Club, Target, about a five-minute drive from Kroger, Walmart, and a ton of restaurants. In addition to all of that, Ken and Jessica at the front desk along with Barry in maintenance have been the absolute best. They are always so on top of everything, leaving no question unanswered, and going above and beyond at making sure our family feels at home here. They are amazing at their jobs and one of the most important reasons why we continued to live here. I would recommend this place to everyone!

My husband and I have been living here for a little over six months and have had nothing but an amazing experience here! The office staff is amazing and friendly. They always greet us and others upon walking into the clubhouse and they even say hi to our dog, which makes us feel great! They truly care about the residents who live here and strive to make it a fun environment and community to live in all year round! Our apartment is very spacious and they are very sound friendly. We live on the middle floor and hardly ever hear our upstairs neighbors walking or moving things around their apartment. We never hear the residents who live below us. Such a great community. We always feel at HOME here and so does our pup!

My fiance and I have lived here since August and we couldnt be happier. The front office staff is amazing, which makes living in a great complex that much more appealing. We will defintely resign our lease!

I have been at Grafton for about 5 months now. One thing I love the most is the prompt response of maintenance request. the property is well maintained and looks beautiful. The staff is amazing and very courteous. No issues so far. My family and friends who have visited me have felt the same.. so happy to have found Grafton.

The staff is amazing! We relocated from Texas, and the whole application, and move in process was very smooth. Ken and Jessica have been very helpful, and we have felt at home since the moment we moved in. Our dog is even welcomed! They do a great job in keeping you connected.

We only moved in a couple of days ago, but this seems like it will be a very nice apartment to live in. Ken and Jessica are most helpful and kind. Application and move in process have been very smooth, and the clubhouse is great. Love the free coffee and hot chocolate :)

Recently we have moved-out from Grafton park, got our refundable deposit without problems. Staff, first Cody, then Ken and Ashley, is very friendly and knowledgable. Our little son enjoyed to stop by and say hi :-). It seems that company culture is focused on caring. When we had a (minor) maintenance problems, they were fixed same day. Neighbors are friendly as well. Location is great, close to many restaurants and shops, easy access to interstates I-315 and I-270. New carpet, new appliances, very large rooms and closets. An elegant club house, business center, billiard, gym, swimming poll, games nearby the pool and gril, free Starbucks coffee/water/popcorn/soft drinks makes Grafton park very good place for your bucks. The only regret we have that we had to move-out.

I've been living here about one and a half years in this luxurious apartment complex. The clubhouse, the pool, and the theater room are some of the amenities offered in the apartment complex which sets some of the other apartment complexes. But, the price is slightly high around the area off of Cranston and Sawmill. Yet with the complimentary drinks offered such as Starbucks and Coke products, the clubhouse opens 6 am which is a plus for residents morning routine to work. Hope you all seeking a good place should start with Grafton Park.
