Infested with Rats!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate to be the one, but this entire apartment complex is infested with rats. Every apartment, every building. Rats and maggots to be exact. All types of rodents live there but they have a major RAT infestation. Not mice, RATS. You can hear them running in the walls and scratching in the floors and walls . I wouldn't dare recommend anyone to live here. You have been warned. They just "renovated" the place by painting the doors orange and putting up new lights beside each door and paint the building lol. This is not how you get rid of a RAT infestation. All they did was paint over the problem. 2023 prices with 1965 kitchens. Every room has mold and every ceiling is cracked. MAJOR RAT INFESTATION!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Constant runaround. Very embarrassing. I will be contacting the corporate office asap.

If I could give 0 I would
The staff, the environment, the STAFF! They will have their hands out for rent but not answer your calls when you need them. They will ignore you or put you on the back burner whatever the situation may be and never get to it. You have to constantly keep contacting them until they decide to answer that’s IF! Please don’t waste your money here because you’ll waste your time trying to fix problems they should’ve been fixed then living there happily.. unlivable condition

Plumbing, mold and maintenance issues
I moved here in November of 2020 and it has been horrible ever since. Mold issues, plumbing issues, and no communication with the management. I'm so ready to move out this place.

Try after Try
My first year, the only issue I had was broken dishwasher and tiles peeling. Broken dishwasher fixed but no new tiles until I move out basically... Second year signed and now I have a leaking ceiling in kitchen and bathroom. Boiler burst and destroyed items, in which they replaced boiler just for me to not have hot water. They broke door frame and door to replace boiler and did not repair it back right. I have called and went into management office each day about hot water and leaking ceiling and nothing has been done.

Grahamwood , Your WORST CHOICE !
These are by far the WORST apartments i’ve ever lived in. They dont fix anything my air and toilet as been out for over 4 months. They charge you for things they assumed you’ve done, for example; trash being left . They also have ants and rodents such as rats. The management and security SUCKS . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY

They told me to come in and they would get me set up in an apartment but once there they claim no apartments was available. They are lairs of the worst kind
