I’d give it NO stars if it was possible. Don’t get fooled by the pics of how they look. The pictures aren’t exactly how they actually are very misleading. They are dirty I’ve been here 2 years and the “amenities “ that you get billed for are pool never ever has been open, gym equipment is always under repair, never mind the roach problems they never have sent out pest control, mosquitoes as soon as you open your door ( and no I don’t keep nothing with standing water), your monthly rent will fluctuate because the accountability of their rent statement of account is NEVER ACCURATE.
New management. The transition process was frustrating. Poor communication and assistance from management staff. Roach infested. Account for additional +$150 to rent for charges. Wouldn't recommend unless you have nowhere else.
Don't move here if you value your peace of mind and serenity of your home. All the dog owners are always leaving their dogs in the patio barking all day; all night. That shi*t will drive you nuts. And the barking with definitely mess with your mental health, imagine hearing barking continuously. I never knew constant dog barking could be that horrible until when I experienced it at Gramercy apartment. And management wont do anything about it, know this and know peace.
Property is always filthy,there are dirty diapers in my hallway as we speak. Walls are thin and office doesn’t care about the multiple domestic violence fights my neighbors have. Cars are always broken into.
This is a very clean/nice apartment, I have been living here for 15months. And I love everything about this apartment. The new upgrade is good. Management is awesome; especially Maria, she is very helpful and polite about everything.
Beautiful luxury apartments with lovely landscaping,Pool, fitness center ,Business Computer center and movie theater.Also a brand new wonderful courteous professional leasing office staff. With new ownership by HM equity outstanding you will love it here ,If you care about a beautiful luxury apartment that feels like home. I’ve been here over five years so for and look forward to being here many more years .
These apartments are Roach infested. I've read multiple reviews with the same isssue. The front office is rude and snobby bc this is a reoccurring issue. I have 2 young children and we are forced to move bc the office refuses to work with me.

Comfortable Living, But they Prey on Towing your Vehicle and then cause damage to your car while towing it. No parking unless you work day time 8-5, Dont Plan on going on Dates unless you want to catch a cab and leave your car at home. cars have been broken into while parking in the back of the building, Two different Apartment complex across the street that would be better to live at. Upstairs Neighbors flooded there restroom which caused water to come through the bottom apartment they have yet to Smoke Detector which is a Law to have. You have a right to demand that the landlord repair any condition that materially affects your health and safety. Under Texas law, by renting you the property, the landlord guarantees that the unit will be a fit place to live. SB 1448 (81st Regular Session), effective January 1, 2010, now grants justices of the peace authority to order landlords to repair or remedy conditions affecting a tenant's health and safety, as long as the cost of the repair does not exceed $10,000. Tenants can go to justice court without an attorney to obtain a repair order. Under certain conditions, you and the landlord may have a written agreement that you will make needed repairs. The landlord does not have a duty to pay for or make repairs if you or your guests cause an unsafe or unhealthy condition through negligence, carelessness, abuse or accident—unless the condition resulted from "normal wear and tear." Also, the landlord must provide smoke detectors. You may not waive that provision, and you may not disconnect or disable the smoke detector.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here. I was there for a little over a year and the management team was horrible the whole time. The apartment complex itself is nice, but don't let that fool you. Every time I had a maintenance issue I had to send 2-3 follow-up e-mails or calls just to get someone to come out. They had 3 plumbing issues the year I was there (where the toilets did not work the whole day). There were also numerous safety issues in the complex including theft and car vandalism. I complained about noisy neighbors who I had to call the cops on one time, and the management did nothing at all. The week I moved out, my upstairs neighbor accidentally shot a gun through my ceiling and it took them 2 days to patch the hole (not to mention it could have hurt me) and I didn't even get an apology from the building. I've never had such a horrendous experience with an apartment complex before.
This is a nice place to live considering the size of the apartment and the amenities. The maintenance is also great. However, the office staff is not as pleasant as the property. Although, I feel the staff is unprofessional in the way that they treat the good tenants and each other. I consider this place to be nice in terms of the apartment. The staff makes this place feel like less of a home.
This place is nice and all but good luck finding parking. On top of that the spaces are VERY small. I just got out a $30000 car and already it's been dented by I'm assuming car doors and my paint has chipped. Also my car was towed when I had a parking sticker. And last night someone scratched the right side of my door with their car. The office says they aren't liable for any damages so I'm basically stuck with a thousand dollar paint job.
Your home will feel like home. He design of the place is amazing and location, wow that's no problem.
I am at the end of my lease here at Gramercy Park, and the year I spent here was good. Nothing extravagant, but good. The apartments are nice, spacious and clean. Thankfully I have not had any major problems for service requests, but the minor ones I've had such as light bulbs going out have been addressed within a couple of days. The only issue I have is the parking. If you do not get home at the usual time, such as 6 or 7pm, good luck finding somewhere to park that is close to your apartment. I have had to park at the complete other side of the complex before because I am one of the unlucky people that have a night job. Also, if you plan on having visitors over, don't. There is never visitor parking because it is taken by other residents and the tow truck shows no mercy. When we first moved in we were told that there was a courtesy office that will be driving around our complex, but I've only seen him once in my 13 months stay here and that was my move in day. I would attribute this to the break ins that have been happening. I, thankfully, have not been one of them! This place is kept up nicely though, and the gates when broken have been fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I would and actually have recommended others to move in here.

I have lived in Gramercy Park Apartments for five years; in those five years this place has changed. Being located in the heart of the lavish West Chase District this complex has the location value. Although the location is grand, being near downtown and several shopping districts, the new management has not taken care of it. This complex has seen a spring of robberies, including my own home, due to the lack of curtesy officers. Many unnecessary rules like restrictions on what kind of TV service you're allowed to have has made it very unfavorable. Although this place has gone downhill, there are still many amenities available. Luscious walkways, large pool, large movie theatre, computer lab and a well equipped gym has increased its property value. The average price for the apartments range from a 800$ 1-bed 1-bath to a 1,600 3-bed 2-bath.
