I have recently renewed my lease and this apartment complex thinking the next year might be pretty good, but it’s starting out horrible. My first year of staying here I’ve rarely to never called Maintenance for any issue now that I have renewed my lease. I am running into major problems, such as my shower, not being correctly functional and also master bedroom blinds, not being correctly functional either. For the first two days, Maintenance tried to fix my shower after those two days he let me know he will not be able to fix it and he will have to get a plumber in here, three business days have passed, five days in all. I haven’t received any communication whatsoever from the leasing office or from the maintenance team even though before he left, he said he would keep in touch mind you there are plenty of same-day plumbers. So I personally went up to the office to see what was going on and let them know that I felt neglected because not even the easiest issue has been fixed yet. I am forced to continue paying full price for a bathroom. I cannot 100% use. At the propping them because I know the team 100% forgot about me. I am told another member of the Maintenance team has to come look at it before they actually call the plumbers. The points I do not like are: -NonCommunication -Broken promises

The buildings look nice on the outside and rundown in the inside. This complex has bad communication as well. The property is left disgusting from the trash drippings, over filled dumpsters, which leads to serious horrible odors.

The neighborhood is decently quiet but the buildings and units aren’t up to date. The wall insulation is hallow so it’s easy to hear neighbors. The appliances are also old, you can tell the units are built on the cheaper side. The grills desperately need to be replaced, they barely work. For the price I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this place.

The insulation isn’t great you can hear everything your neighbors do, complaints are ignored, dog poop everywhere, the appliances are old, people smoke weed in the building, the people in the community you can tell are carrying behavior from when they were in a rough area.

The building and grounds are kept clean and my apartment was comfortable during my short term lease. I highly recommend this complex! This complex USED to be amazing when we first moved in a few months ago. Both the leasing office and maintenance staff went above and beyond for us and were so attentive. However, in the past few weeks we have encountered several issues living here and are extremely displeased. We have contacted the office multiple times and left a couple of voicemails, no one has even been picking up calls during business hours. -There has been a leak over our master bedroom window since 12/4/20 when there was a bad storm. We reported it to emergency maintenance who said it would get taken care of the upcoming week. No one came by the next day to look at it like we were told so I had to call the following day to have someone come to look at it. Said they needed to contact an outside contractor who should come that week, no one ever came and we haven’t heard since. -My car got broken into overnight last week. I finally spoke to someone TWO days after calling multiple times a day during office hours. They did not show concern and simply said to file a police report. There are no cameras in the parking lot. I asked to speak to a manager who was apparently busy and I requested a callback and was never contacted. -Building and surrounding area cleanliness: Trash littered in parking lot, elevator, hallways, etc. There was even human urine in the elevator for over 24 hours. -Unfinished repair/painting in stairwell. They finally fixed damaged wall areas in the stairwell and now there are several white patches all throughout the stairwell. It has been like this for a month or so. -People not cleaning up after their pets, my dogs got whipworm from this. After informing the office I was told that a community wide email would be sent to notify of the issue and to reiterate to pick up after pets. No such thing was done.

Resident satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and as soon as we are notified of a concern, we address it swiftly. We did reach out a few times concerning the window repair and we never received a response back, so the tech was sent away since we didn't want him there without your permission. The contractor did go ahead and complete the exterior repair to the window seal on December 21st. As far as the calls, we do apologize, but the office was closed when you called the office that Sunday. We are so sorry that happened to you about your car, but it’s very important to contact the police when any incident happens, that is out of our control, so that they can send someone over to patrol the area. I do really enjoy living here at Gramercy Square. Maintenance and Staff are great. I really appreciate the effort that is put in to the grounds and buildings being kept up so beautifully. It's a safe environment. I feel the entire Ayrsley Community is a Hidden Gem. This Apartment Community, compliments the Urban Lifestyle of the Town Homes that surround it.
I would recommend it based on the quick level of response provided by both the office and maintenance staff as well as the fact that it is well maintained.

Too densely packed, retail attractions are across the busy road. A movie theatre is not a large enough draw to me.

For a temporary stay, this community was what we needed.
Maintenance team at my old apartment complex took upwards of 1-2 months at time to respond to emergency requests, if at all. The service and speed of the fix blew my expectations out of the water.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the efficiency and quality of care of the leasing agent, and because of the great information I was given about the maintenance staff.

the complex was extremely clean and pristine. The staff interacted kindly with one another. Even animals felt comfortable around the staff!
It’s been a great experience so far. Way exceeded my expectations. I haven’t rented an apartment in 14 years and was hesitant but this transition from ownership to renting has been nice.
PROS: COMPLEX KEPT CLEAN, Trees are beautiful, generally accommodating office staff. CONS: Confusion & aggravation re cable and internet instructions, not as easy as spelled out in welcome pages, soft soap missing in public bathroom and gym, providing complimentary coffee means also providing reg sugar and napkins, I think... No mention of how to respond to the intercom, I still don't know what number to click when phone rings, nobody told us...

Maintenance service was completed timely and fully resolved my issues.
The trash piled up in the *carpet* makes the hallways often smell like trash, or often, feces. For the price of trash valet I?m paying for the halls to stink which is embarrassing for guests.
