I recently moved in from out of state and am very pleased with my apartment and the contact with the staff. The staff has all been very polite and professional. No surprises with the paperwork. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. The appliances are good quality - I was very happy to have a sanitize cycle on the dishwasher since I like to can foods. The neighbors I have met are very friendly and you really cannot beat the beautiful mountain views.

Great maintenance staff. Apartments are large with lots of storage. My apartment walls are in very poor condition with buckling, cracking and chipping. Lots of paint runs, poorly filled holes and noticeable patching. While I don't hear much noise from other apartments, the water pipes squeal loudly when anyone uses water in the surrounding apartments. The upstairs neighbor's shower will actually wake me from a sound sleep. I have had close to a dozen water leaks in the 6 years I have lived here requiring floors to be ripped up and holes to be opened up in my ceiling and walls. Short term repairs are done very quickly by the maintenance staff. However, over all structural repair, not so much. My apartment is damp and smells musty in the summer despite the fact that the complex provided me with a dehumidifier. Parking lots id not safe. In 2 years my car was hit twice and vandalized once.

I was told over the phone that my dog was an acceptable breed for the complex, so I made an appointment for an apartment showing. When we arrived for the showing we were asked if we had pets & told them the breed of our dog (Labrador) we were immediately told that our dog did not meet the pet restrictions and the person we talked to was not very personable. Would not recommend for other dog lovers.

Ms. Keller, We apologize for any possible misunderstanding when you contacted our Rental Office. We do not have any breed restrictions at our community. However, we do have height restrictions. We allow any dog that measures 15 inches from the withers (top of shoulder) to the ground. We wish you the best of luck in your apartment search.
The place and the apartment itself is great. Beautiful view of the area whether you are located on the first or second floor. Its one of the safest and quiet place in williamsport area. My kid can surely play outside without me worrying too much of the cars going in and out (you still need to supervise them of course). Spacious parking lots. The management from manager, sales and maintenance are awesome. They will surely keep your needs addressed in a timely manner. They have monthly activities for the residents, a pool during summer and an activity area where you can use for private parties. You have your own laundry area in your own apartment (which I like the most-but they have their time schedule for doing so. Until 9pm -- the reason why i gave them a 4-star. I hope that soon they will take it off. ?? I worked nights so i tend to do stuff mostly during the night). If not for that, would've give them a 5star. Rent wise, a bit pricey compared to other apartment listings, but if safety is ur utmost concern. Its worth it. ?? Been here for two years, going on our 3 year contract with them. No plan leaving until we get our own house i guess.

Grampian is a worry free place to live in Williamsport. The apartments are clean and have been well maintained. If there is ever a maintenance request, it is usually taken care of within 24 hours. It's a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the valley. Very dog friendly with a dog park close by. Office and maintenance staff are friendly. Fair pricing compared to other apartment complexes in Williamsport. I highly recommend living at Grampian if moving into the area. Short drive from restaurants, stores, and parks.
A great Place to live. Complete maintenance by very qualified people. A inground pool , monthly activities, nice size rooms and all appliances. We have free water and garbage removal. Ours is a first floor with easy access. This an important feature because we are both 85 with mobility issues. It is like living in a ranch style home
Good Administration, Good Quiet Neighbors. Nice comfortable place to live, with a pool to add to the pleasure. Never had a problem that wasn't fixed or taken care of with-in the hour.
I have lived here for almost 3 years. The apartments are immaculate and modern. The view of the mountains leave you breathless. The rent is so reasonable considering water, trash, snow removal, swimming pool, fitness center, and the best maintenance team ever. If you need something fixed, it usually gets fixed the same day.
