Literally these apartments are so awful and the people who manage and live here are disgusting and rude. And now there's bugs. Granada is absolutely the worst place to live and rent from, its like an extremely overpriced trailer park.

Not a tenant nor will i ever be after these horror stories.. Place itself isn't that bad. Normal issues youd expect with older buildings. But the staff...... the staff is AWFUL. Wont give any answer to simple questions at the office, the staff any time my friend has called they have been extremely rude, then they will direct you to a property manager that isn't ever there and my friend has tried multiple times of the day on multiple days and can never reach them. They've had SERIOUS issues with neighbors involving police more than once and they still refuse to do anything about it but were real quick to give my friend a lease violation, But they won't fine the neighbors for violating thier lease agreement on multiple occasions. They dont allow you to view your apartment before signing the lease and when my friend went in AFTER signing there was a laundry list of repairs that needed done when they were told it was move in ready. Matinence is awful and doesn't show up on time. In short, dont even bother, the staff won't help and you'll be left to figure it out yourself.

I lived here previously with roommates and although I had to move out shortly,the time I spent there was very nice in regards to the apartment quality.Managment was very kind and accommodating when we had to remove my name from the lease,not to mention always made sure to inform us of any packages left there.Apartment was comfortable and had a homey vibe.Only complaint was all the stairs lol.

I've only lived here for a little over 9 months, but am very happy with my apartment. they put me in a handi-cap apartment and it is very nice and accessible. Just weeks after I moved in I had to have surgery on my knee. They have been very helpful if I needed assistance with any problems . I needed a small hand bar near my shower to hold onto when I got in and out of the shower/tub. They put it up immediately . I'm Close to the pool and have easy access to the BBQ grills and picnic tables too . My neighbors are quiet and very nice. I have a assigned parking space for easy access to my apartment. My bedroom is very large and my livingroom is a very good size . The kitchen area is laid out very good and there is plenty of cupboard space. I would recommend this complex to others, if they were looking for a nice place to live.
