Property Ratings at Granada Apartments
Granada Apartments has been my home for several years. I enjoy living here. The management and staff have always been very attentive with keeping the property clean and maintained. Every year they host contests where the winners can get discount off their rent. This comes in handy especially during the holidays! Recently, they started to have community events where the company will cater food and everyone can come and mingle with other tenants. There’s a gym, sauna, pool, bbq and laundry facility on site. Security cameras have also been installed which helps put me at ease considering Los Angeles is increasing with break ins and theft. Parking is included which is amazing especially since the main street can get tricky with parking. The management team, Jessica and Sarai, are very attentive. The maintenance/cleaning staff are polite, professional and efficient. Lastly, all utilities included and pets are welcomed!
i have lived in this building since 1991, I have lived in a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom and now a Studio. The building is clean nice and quiet. it allows pets which is important for me!! i have knee problems and going to have another knee replaced in a few months, the apartment and complex is easy to get around and navigate. Although I feel the rent is a bit pricey.... i am thankful that all utilities are paid, and if there is a maintence issue, you are only a phone call or email away of getting it fixed....
