Property Ratings at Granada Lakes
Terrible place to live, and it is caused by the landlord, Rhenea, I believe. She is extremely awkward, and it seems to leak into the community somehow. Everyone seemed scared of something. Further more, Rhenea is very difficult to reach, whether it be by phone or in person. I think it has to do with the fact that she doesn't like her job, or talking to people, so she makes it hard. You have to speak with her in order to gain access to the laundry room. THERE IS NO COMMUNITY KEY. So, if you have to do laundry outside of her business hours, then you are out of luck. If she needs to tell you anything, she doesn't do it while you are in the office paying rent, but instead it will always be a note on the door, and good luck responding to it in a timely manner. The apartments are small, beat up, and she will gouge you with move out fees that she conjures up from things that are in the same condition they were given to you in, so do not expect the deposit back if you move here.
