I’ve had the pleasure of living at Grand At Polaris for over a year now, and I truly appreciate everything the community has to offer. The leasing office here has consistently made thoughtful, sometimes tough, decisions to ensure that the property remains beautiful, safe, and quiet for all its residents. I’ve witnessed firsthand how committed the staff is to maintaining the safety and peace of our community. What really stands out about Grand At Polaris is not just their commitment to a five-star experience for the majority of residents, but also the exceptional quality of the maintenance team. Having lived in major cities like San Francisco, Brooklyn, New York, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles, I’ve never encountered a maintenance and leasing staff as professional and transparent as the one here. They take the time to explain things—whether they can or cannot accommodate a request—something I deeply appreciate as a resident. It’s rare to find a leasing team that cares as much as the one here does, and even rarer to find one that communicates so well. In contrast to other large leasing companies, where you might deal with agents or staff that feel more like “warm bodies” than helpful, knowledgeable professionals, Grand At Polaris is different. They offer both expertise and a willingness to keep residents informed about issues that matter to us. In comparison, smaller leasing companies often struggle to complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion, which is not a concern here. I originally moved to Ohio for personal reasons, but living at Grand At Polaris has genuinely improved my quality of life during a difficult time. My first apartment here in Ohio was nothing like this, even though the rent was comparable. I’d especially like to thank Lindsay and Alex for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and part of this community. Their kindness and support helped me settle in and feel at home in a place where I didn’t know anyone. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and professionally run community, I highly recommend Grand At Polaris.

Wow... I can't believe I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been great from the start! I cannot express to you how wonderful the staff members are that work here. They are such a kind bunch of people who strive to make this a great place for all residents to call home. No joke... a few weeks ago I had to put in a maintenance request early one morning. Within 15-20 minutes of putting in the request, maintenance was already at my door to fix the problem. There are also tons of amenities that really add to the experience of living here. I highly recommend GAP!!!

We recently moved to Grand at Polaris and we absolutely LOVE the Community. Our leasing person (Marina) is so nice to work with and patient with all our questions. The property is well maintained and maintenance work orders are done very quickly. It's located in the heart of Polaris where everything necessary things like school, grocery, medical, restaurants etc. are literally 5 mind drive away. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for your new home.

I moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been great!!! The staff is amazing and so incredibly helpful. I came here after a really bad situation at a different apartment complex in the area and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! The community here has been great and maintenance has been really quick to address even the smallest of issues. When I moved in, all the staff even wrote a welcome note for me which I have never seen done at any apartment I've ever lived at. Overall, I highly recommend it here!

Grand at Polaris is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home! There are a ton of amenities here that cover a wide range of interests. Whether you’re looking to lounge around, get active, garden, or just need a place to walk with your dog, Grand at Polaris has something for you to enjoy and all the amenities are well maintained. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that maintains the area as much as here, and it’s all because of the awesome people that run this community. The staff that work here go above and beyond to make this place as great as it is. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a maintenance issue in my apartment, the maintenance team has always been quick to fix it. The community managers in the leasing office are also extremely friendly and always helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance with something. They truly care about the residents here and are always finding new ways to make this community as welcoming as possible, like with hosting community events around the complex and occasionally offering sweets in the clubhouse.

Meredith provided a comprehensive tour of the property and made me feel instantly comfortable. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The floor plans are spacious and the attached garage feature is a definite bonus. The club house is gorgeous, and the pool, gym, and other amenities a top-notch. The Grand at Polaris is an excellent option!

We've been a renter here for 2.5 years and would recommend this property to anyone looking! The property managers on site are always super friendly and helpful. The Maintenance team, led by Ben, usually was able to come to our unit the same day we put our request. While most people tend to keep to themselves, I did make friends with some neighbors and we all helped each other out during quarantine. Another PLUS for this property is that they really do encourage you to make the space YOURS. We decorate outside for each holiday and even hung lights on our little patio (which if you get a garden, I highly recommend. It makes it SO cozy). I'd live at the Grand again!

Grand at Polaris is a place I fell in love at first sight when I was apartment hunting 2.5 years ago. This place is very clean, stylish and well kept with everything you need from free coffee, beautiful pool, a movie theater, to a dog park to accommodate animal lovers. Grand at Polaris is in a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat and shop at the Polaris Mall. The great part of living here is the STAFF. All staff are always friendly from the Leasing Office to maintenance people. They have a great attitude towards everyone and always willing to help. Let me not forget to mention the 24 hours emergency maintenance line where you can call anytime of the day if you encounter a maintenance issue. I have a lot to say about this place because I genuinely love it. My kids enjoy going to Olentangy District Local Schools so yes, the school district is super too! I always say, I will move out of this community the day I buy a house .... As of now, I am happy and feel peaceful where I am :)

Emily and Whitney are very helpful and welcoming! They were accommodating when it came to moving in and they’ve been readily available to answer any questions that I have had. The maintenance guy is nice and is very efficient - he’s in and out in no time at all. The inside of the apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and well-lit. The appliances work well and the place was cleaned well before I moved in! The community seems to be pretty relaxed, people are comfortable leaving furniture outside on patios without fear of it being stolen, and the walls are sound-proofed well so that I don’t have to hear the people next door moving around all of the time (I’m on the second floor of two)

i’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this ones really have stuck out to me. We have lived here a year and are moving within the complex because we just LOVE it here. We live in a townhome now and wanted a one floor and Meredith and Emily made the entire process so easy! These girls are so awesome and helpful with everything! When we have needed a maintenance order it’s always fixed that same day! Its been such a pleasure living here and the apartments and pool and everything is just so updated and so nice! So glad to call it home.

I have lived at GaP for going on 3 years now, and I love it. Friendly staff and neighbors, immaculate facilities and grounds, wonderful events, pet-friendly, and close to everything. The community is incredibly walkable to surrounding residential neighborhoods. Last but not least, my apartment is the oasis I need after a long work day. Could not love this place more.

The town house where I am living is super clean, quite community, very secure. The staff at the Grand Polaris is so friendly and helpful, the amenities offered are fantastic, and maintenance is prompt! The pool is in perfect condition, the gym also. I really recommend it.

My sister and I came in from out of town to look for places in Columbus, OH. After a few properties where we could see we weren't going to get a bigger bang for our buck we started touring north of Columbus, OH. Meredith gave us an excellent tour of the property. It was so comprehensive that questions we didn't know we had were answered. The pluses for us included how close it is to the local reputable elementary school, fabulous amenities all included in the rent, and a safe space to call home. Since it's centrally located and less than half an hour's drive from The OSU this was a great option.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay while our home was being built, from the friendly faces at the office to the endless amenities on site. The neighbors are kind and the grounds are well maintained. We had one service call and the response time was exceptional! This was truly a wonderful experience for us. Thank you for providing a home for our family of 4 and our two Golden Retrievers , (Buddy and Lucy) and Sylvester our kitty.

I moved in 6 months ago, and I've loved it here! Wonderful neighborhood, very helpful Champion team that answers emails and requests very quickly (shout out to Brittni!). The apartment is top of the line with regards to the kitchen appliances and built in washer dryer, excellent walk in closet, and a great, quiet location near Polaris. Quick positive blurbs: 1. Fun community events, like trunk or treat and occasional parties in the nice club house However, the heating and cooling is not ideal. In my model, the heat comes from all the vents except the one in the living room. This means that the living room is always several degrees colder than the other rooms. I called maintenance thinking it was a blocked vent, but it turns out it was just a very interesting design choice vis a vis circulation. Expect utility bills to be higher than necessary because no hot air reaches the living room. I love living here, wish I didn't have to wear hoodies and wool socks with my thermostat set to 72. Also, the fitness center really is excellent, and the pool is incredibly nice!

I have been living here for about a year and would definitely recommend the Grand at Polaris. The apartments are spacious, updated, and aesthetically pleasing. The community is always clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They also organize cool events for residents to take part in. Love the fitness center and pool as well. 5/5 stars

Truly a great living experience! The units, service and amenities are some of the best I've seen! They really go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Its also a great place for dog-owners!! Duke, Meredith and Brittney are so great ans helpful! I would recommend GAP to everyone!

They have made my first impression from the time I walked into their community, an impression that makes me proud to call this place HOME for the first time in almost a decade with my children. Such a great community to live. Everything was always so easy and great . Like clock work every Monday the grounds were being maintained. In the winter often times the roads in the complex are cleaner than the main roads. I never ever ever one time felt like I burden. The team sincerely wants you to be happy.

Grand at Polaris is a very good place to live. Close to shopping centers and services, a nice and quiet place. But the best thing is the great attention and service offered by Brittni and Kaylin. I really enjoy my stay at Grand at Polaris.
I moved in about a month and a half ago and I am very happy with my decision to move into this community. The application process was easy and the two girls working at the clubhouse were very helpful with cable/internet setup, utilities etc. They also do a great job with maintaining the grounds.

I moved from Ct. & looked on line for rents for months. I went to see various places but the rents were layered with all additional fees. I kept driving past the Grand entrance & finally made an appointment with Brittni. I explained what I wanted & she found the Best 2 bedroom flat Apt overlooking the Pond. I Love it! It feels like home,is quiet & very relaxing. I have access to the pool, workout area & have my own garage with no extra fees! Utilities are reasonable & the grounds are very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone wanting to downsize or have a comfortable place to live !

The Grand at Polaris is a wonderful apartment community! I am very noise-sensitive and have even encountered noisy situations in end-unit, ranch style apartments. However, I am very pleased with the construction here! I currently live in a second-floor one-bedroom unit, and I can honestly say that I never hear my neighbors, not even the washer/dryer. GAP also hosts community-wide events, where you can further meet the staff and other residents - it's a nice personal touch. GAP even has a furnished gym space including free weights!

My husband, pup, and I have lived here over a year and absolutely LOVE it here. We moved from NYC and are astounded by how wonderful our experience has been- the entire complex is a dream! The staff (both past and present) are wonderful and attentive. Duke and the rest of the maintenance crew are such great human beings and super quick to resolve any issue that arises. Our dish disposal (yes, they have a dish disposals! How GREAT!) was on the fritz one day and it was barely an hour before Duke came to our rescue. I cannot say enough great things about the amenities- from the pool to the movie theater to the fitness center and game room this place is top notch. I actually have a feeling my mom only comes and visits me when she's shopping in Columbus so she can take advantage of the free freshly ground Starbucks coffee from the machine in the club house hahaha Thank you all for everything you do for us! I love the parties and community events and our Luna dog adores the dog park! Oh for you green thumbs, you can even get a garden plot in the summertime which is perfect for growing veggies for my little guinea pigs :)

I really love my apt at The Grand. Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it has a deck. Its quiet and Brittni made it so easy for me. All my paperwork was done before I moved in. The keys and welcome gifts were ready. Its a great complex.

I recently toured the Grand as I'm looking to relocate to the Columbus area. A priority of mine is finding a community that I can enjoy year round. Grand has a nice community room & workout facility. I liked the fact that there is a sidewalk that goes around the interior of the complex, which would be great for walks, close to home, after work. The 1 bedroom apartment I toured was very spacious and had lots of light. The bathroom and the walk-in closet were huge!! I really liked the size of the patio as well. The leasing agent that showed the property was really nice and very informative about the area and the property.

I moved into Grand at Polaris about a little over a month now from out of state. I love the apartment because it is centrally located within almost everything; the mall, groceries stores of choice, and wonderful dinning. The apartment complex is really quiet and clean. The staff, Kathlyn and Brittni are wonderful. Their welcoming smiles at the office is always something to look forward to anytime you visit. They have been very helpful in situating me.
My husband & I loved living here, the staff here at The Grand are amazing and are always willing to help. Britain & Kaylin are in the office and are always willing to answer any questions you may have, and Duke the maintenance man and is a great at his job!!!
