Property Ratings at Grand Boulevard Lofts
Didn't end up applying for a unit because of the lack of communication from the leasing department. Two emails went unanswered, eventually I had to call to ask one question. The lady on the phone didn't know the answer and took my information to contact me back with the answer. I still haven't heard back. Overall the building looks like it's in a good location, but unfortunately that is all I will ever know about it.
I had an appointment to see an apartment today at 4:30 that I made A WEEK AGO! I had to take time out of my schedule and leave work early to go to this appointment and nobody is there. How nice, thanks for making a potential renter feel like you care. I'm only off on the weekends so I can't just run out downtown whenever. This is highly unprofessional and just plain disrespectful. It seems like this complex doesn't really care if it has renters or not. I like the location, and the area to bad I'll never get to experience it as the managers can't seem to make appointments and keep them.

Thank you for leaving a review - that certainly is frustrating when someone does not keep an appointment, especially when you have taken off work. Our leasing member at the office left due to an emergency family illness, which was unforeseeable. We apologize for the lack of communication and will reach out to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you.
This building smells like they never take their trash out & random cockroaches will show up at your home. They will "call" the bug spray guys but don't worry those bugs will be back in the next day. Don't let the space fool you and find another place.

I have lived at grand boulevard for one year. So far it has been a wonderful experience. I live directly in the middle of downtown and there are so many ups to that. I am located right by the citymarket and almost every concert venue. There are always working people around that makes me feel safe here. There are so many floor plans here that I feel like I cpuld ove every year to a different one and be totally satisfied for a long time to come.

I love living in the middle of downtown. I am right next to the Power and Light district and the Sprint Center. I can walk to the grocery store and a city market. Our building is always clean and we have our own security guard. There are about 15 different floor plans and all have great views. The prices are awesome and the property management team do a great job. I highly recommend Grand Boulevard Lofts!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you enjoy living at Grand Boulevard Lofts. We are proud of our staff and maintenance teams along with our great location.
The ladies at Grand Boulevard Lofts made it feel like home from the moment I went in for my first viewing, through the application process, up to now living in my 2 bed 1 bath loft. They're friendly, open, punctual, and seem to really care about the building as well as the tenant. Fun fact, this building is around a century old! It's so cool. The loft itself is amazing as well, the layout means there is no waste of the square footage (and there is a lot of it). Everything was clean and pristine when I moved in. The windows are huge, providing more natural light than I'd know what do do with. I'll never have to turn a light on during the day, which will no doubt have an affect on my electricity bill. Speaking of electronics, there are outlets everywhere. I'm able to plug everything in, don't have to make any sacrifices for power. This was a huge disappointment in my last place, particularly the kitchen. I had all of my appliances crammed into a small corner because there was only one usable outlet. And on the kitchen, it's open with more cabinet space and counter space than I've ever had! I'm so glad I'm able to cook without having to scramble to make space as I go along. My one disappointment, and I wouldn't really call it that, is no washer and dryer in the unit. There is a laundry facility, open 24 hours, but I'm a little lazy, heh. Oh, and the parking. The lot isn't nearby, but if you can snag a spot on the street, you're golden. No major issues with any appliances so far, and I have three ways of letting the office know if anything does go wrong: walking in, calling, and online. The online gateway allows me to do so much. I'm able to pay rent, put in service requests, print receipts, everything I need to manage my home. I can even make weekly payments on my rent instead of a large sum, making it a little easier on the pocket book. Also, I LOVE the area! I'm 30 minutes maximum from anywhere in the city. North, south, east, west, it doesn't matter. I'm right up the street from both Power and Light as well as the City Market, and soon only a trolly ride away from other nearby areas like midtown and crown center. Overall, I'm love this place. I'll probably be here for a very long time.
