Property Ratings at Grand Duke
We were recently here visiting friends. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed walks around the dog park. Staff was very helpful and especially Tyler who went out of his way to assist us.

The value for the space and one bedroom you get is amazing for this area. The units are actually very nice inside despite the age of the building and the property is kept up nicely. Management and maintenance are easy to talk to as well. I have never had an issue here.

This is such a great place to live! It is very quiet with a dog park even our cat loves. It is a nice place to go just for some fresh air and to interact with neighbors and their dogs.
