Bad Management
The only nice things to say about this complex is Its a lovely area to live in and the parking was great. Other than that rude unprofessional management, laundry machines were always broken, and raised rent 10% after just one year without ANY new appliances. Definitely look elsewhere!

Very Nice Apartment Very Bad Property Management
The Apartments at Grand Mere are very nice. Really easy access as its right next to the highway. They have a great amount of space for a 1 bedroom apartment. The Laundry list of negatives- rent raised 10%+ every year to tenants, poorly Maintained(never water grass/trash removal infrequent/laundry machines frequently broken yet prices for washing continued to raise. The property manager always would bombard me with text messages about how I decorated my private space and how I lived my life. She did not make my time her enjoyable. It shows why 50% of us have moved out within the last year. Very happy at my new place in North Napa

Well Maintained Quiet Affordable Place
When I was apartment hunting after having relocated to the Sonoma county area, I found that PeachTree apartments offered by far the most value compared to other options available: the apartment and overall property was well maintained; the apartments had air-conditioning (this is something that most apartments in the Petaluma, Sonoma, Santa Rosa areas seem to lack); and finally the rates were affordable. For the same amount of quality and amenities offered, I would have probably spent much more somewhere else. On top of that, the management tends well to the needs of its tenants. I would definitely recommend staying at PeachTree Apartments !

Peachtree Apartments
Great place to live for a single person. The entire complex is 1 bedroom apartments. So there's no kids, no families, etc. It's very quiet. The management takes good care of the place and are understanding. I enjoy living here!
