Located in Riverside County and encompassed by Southern California’s largest freshwater lake, the Lake Elsinore community is all about outdoor sports. Not as Grand as it may seem
The management has changed twice in the past three years. The most recent staff is friendly. They have pictures of a play area for children, however, it has been a dirt lot for the past two years. The spa area is not maintained properly and was closed off last year most of the year because it needed repairing, currently the spa blower does not work. The pool furniture is limited to upright chairs and one round table with no umbrella. The pool restrooms have never had hot water or soap to wash hands, there is rarely toilet paper or seat covers available and it is not regularly cleaned and usually smells like cigarettes. The maintenance team is comprised of incompetent workers that can be friendly at times. The area surrounding the entrance of the complex is better taken care of versus other areas. The community is tolerable because price is decent.
