Property Ratings at Grand Plaza
I've been here since November 2022 and plan to renew my lease again. My apartment is spacious, with ample closet space and a nice layout. The rent is reasonable and it's in a great location; close to downtown Howell, walking paths and the freeway. The office staff has been helpful and friendly. I went to them with a concern regarding dogs being off leash, I felt listened to and the situation cleared up. My experience with maintenance has been great, they're quick to respond to work orders and courteous. Small downsides; the dumpsters they have can become easily full to the point of overflow (they do have a large dumpster on one side of the complex to try to remedy it). Parking can sometimes be tight, mostly on the weekends. The washer and dryer (laundry room is on the second floor) can only handle smaller loads.
The gals who work at the office are respectful and helpful, and the maintenance men are chill and also very helpful, I applied and got a message the next day, and got in the date I had set, the community is nice and everyone seems to keep to themselves, I’m very happy with this complex
I have lived here for about 3 years. I have seen a considerable difference in the property. As in there are more residents that are respectful to each other. Which in turns gives the property a family feel. This last summer was very quiet. I think a lot of what I call riffraff is no longer here. And the pool is a very relaxing plus.
claims trash is included until you get your lease you'll see a breakdown in your lease that says this much for rent this much for rubbish perfect for single bachelors or two bedroom are great for roommates terrible place to raise a family expect a 30 to $35 increase every year renewal if you have a cosigner every time you switch cosigner is everyone on the lease over the age of 18 has to pee non-refundable fee every year someone on the lease changes they will hit you with every extra fee they're able to happy apartment hunting if you do choose this place I hope you have better luck than I did
