I just moved in and so far, I love everything about my apartment and community. Stephanie, Leasing Specialist, has great people skills, personable qualities while maintaining professionalism at all times. Very attune to my needs and was able to get me exactly what I needed in a home!

The complex is very quiet, maintenance of green areas and cleaning of common areas is done daily, I just renewed my contract… Recommended..!!

I feel very comfortable, the club is a very warm and quiet place, the common areas are always in optimal conditions and very clean. The administrative staff is very attentive and friendly, as are the people in the maintenance area who are always very attentive and careful, providing quick solutions when a breakdown needs to be resolved.

Love my apaetment, lots of light and space for 2 people! Definitely could tell there were some improvements made, like new carpet, paint, etc.; however, I’ve ran into some issues with the appliances, but the community leaders have seemed really attentive so far!

Community is convenient next to the supermarket across the street a gym and a fun plays for kids to have something to do at K1 speed also not far is a nail shop right across the street

I like the complex, the people are very friendly, the communities is very clean and safety. The green area are beautiful. Im going to renew my contract because i feel very happy here

I moved here because it was the last apartments that my mom lived in and I wanted to feel closer to her. This complex is nice and when I have an issue they tend to it very quickly.

Overall i'm enjoying my stay here. I only gave 4 stars because my neighbor in my building likes to leave her trash out . We do not have valet.Trash service, so you have to take your trash to the dumpster yourself, and she refuses to do that , so it really stinks up here. By her leaving the trash out it can cause rodents and roaches

Todo es muy tranquilo, me gusta vivir aquí, los vecinos son agradables y no molestan a nadie. Los de la recepción también son increíbles, muy cariñosos

I recommended someone and they moved in and after speaking to Vicky about it I still have yet to receive my commission, Ive been paying my own renter's insurance and theirs because after also coming to the office to speak to Ms Vicky about these charges THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME! at this point Ive stopped calling and going for this matter. I am not renewing here because there is always a miscommunication with me and their management staff.

Los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y cómodos, el personal administrativo es muy amable y atento. El complex en general es muy tranquilo, todo se mantiene limpio y en orden.

I love living here, it has been very peaceful and safe. My neighbors are very intelligent and I love how we all my our business. The leasing office and especially the maintenance team are very productive and friendly.

Es grato el apartamento muy acogedor, pero si tuve algunas fallas con algunos artefactos eléctricos como una de las hornallas de la cocina dañada y una gaveta de la nevera faltante

Great place to live. I’ve been here several years and I am a happy resident. No complaints. It’s beautiful here too. The gym is awesome. We have a pool and tennis court too.

The area is so nice and pretty. The apartment is well maintained and the maintenance response is really quick. The bathtub is really huge. However, they don't have lights in the living room and bedroom.

Its an awesome plce to live in….. i really enjoy living here… pretty clean and they maintian it running real good…i recomend this place…dont think about it and join us

My experience living at grande club apartments has been good so far. It’s peaceful and quiet. They respond really quick to maintenance requests also. Experience can be improved by keeping common spaces like gym and laundry clean and functioning.

Complaints are attended to, promptly. I complained about pest control in my apartment and a fumigation expert was sent in to fix the problem within 2 days. I also had issues with my closet door and kitchen cabinet doors and they were fixed immediately. Good job.

Best experince ever, never thought i’d be living so peacefully, i really recommend you to give it a try to this place, they are really and try to give u the best of them!

So far my experience has been wonderful the staff has been nothing but helpful positive and polite. I see there renovating I love it. One thing I think the neighborhood do need is a basketball court .

So far so good no issues upon moving in. Friendly neighbors and the move in process was fast and easy. The apt was clean and I had brand new carpet installed. So no complaints

Bonito y cálido lugar. Muy atentos el equipo que labora en estos apartamentos, todo muy tranquilo. Podría darles 5 estrella pero a pesar de que fumigaron, aún sales chiripa en el apartamento. Del resto todo muy bien.

Overall I've had a decent experience. I'm having some small roach problems. The sprinkler system is not installed properly. They also sent an email stating that the buildings will be pressure washed and that has yet to happen. So it's a lot of things that are scheduled that aren't getting done.

My move-in was great. Cooper and Vicky both were helpful. I enjoy the neighborhood, even though I haven’t really explored the amenities yet. My unit was clean and move-in ready. No real issues with bugs. When I did have a issue it was addressed quickly. So 5 stars for me! ??

I've been living here for 5 years and not planning on moving out anytime soon. Maintenance is as good as it can be, customer service is good as well

I love living in Grande club, it's quiet, comfortable, excellent facilities and very good service. We have been living with my family for 7 months and we are very happy to belong to this community and we enjoy the access to the facilities they have.
