Property Ratings at Grande Court Apartments
My mom has lived out here for a couple years, and has been wanting to move since. I've lived with here for a little over a year. The apartment itself is nice. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, nice layout. The walls are paper thin, and the neighbors above us are really loud! The neighborhood is okay, trash is always an issue and the property manager has a foul attitude. The location is great though.... Right up the street from orange park and the mall of course. There's pest control, so critters aren't really an issue. I think the rent should be a little lower though. We are planning to move when the lease is up! It's a good place to live like I said if you just need something temporarily. I would not make this a home.
For my first apartment this is perfect! Quiet neighborhood and safe area! Rent is good, never had problems!
Apartments very large very satisfied with Apartments size not satisfied with cable choices they provide the cable which is very poor water bill is too high Poor maintenance
