Colorful, active, dynamic, energetic, diverse – all of these apply to West Campus, and with its large amount of students in the neighborhood, it’s easy to see why. The brightly-painted buildings, the trendy little pizza joints, and even the amount of bicycles in the area help define this neighborhood as a haven for University of Texas-Austin students. But even if you aren’t a student, this neighborhood is terrific – there are plenty of apartments to choose from, the housing stock is diverse, and the location is ideal.
West Campus extends from Lamar Boulevard to “the Drag,” or Guadalupe Street. The Drag is where you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. These include local favorites like Cabo Bob’s, Halal Bros, the Spider House Café and Ballroom, and Kerbey Lane Café. On the west side, things are a little quieter with Pease Park and the Shoal Creek Greenbelt framing the area.

The new counters look really nice in my apartment and I really like it. Only thing I would suggest is better cleaning of trash rooms. Gym is always clean and I like that my room has a window. I am glad that I renewed for another year.

my apartment was renovatted in December and I like the new counters.one thing that I wish would change is the elevators. the complex is really nice and maintenance is good and staff is nice.

This place is smaller but feels homey. The staff is great and accommodating and gave me a great tour. I signed here and I can't wait to live here in fall

I've lived in 4 different west campus apartments and GrandMarc is by far best. Great amenities and living space. Move-in was as easy as it gets
First and foremost, I have had nothing but great experiences with the management. They are very accessible, quick to help, and friendly. They work with residents to make the building better. If we ever had a maintenance request, it was taken care of quickly. I lived in a 4bed/4 bath. The rooms were a little small, but the apartment is in a great location right off of campus. My apartment was furnished, so we didn't have to worry about lugging furniture up to our place. The bathrooms are nice and the apartment has nice finishes (including a TV for the living room). The building itself has good amenities. The pool is nice and there's a recreation area on the 2nd floor by the pool. There is a study area with plenty of tables and power outlets on the 1st floor. The gym is small, but proportional to most gym/complex ratios. My only complaint is how thin the walls are, but that is usually the case in any kind of student housing development.
