I can also say out of every apartment or place I've lived that this is the only place that actually when something happened and it was Major that they actually worked with you and sat down and talk to you and communicated with you. From experience you don't get that from very many places and I just want to say that Julie is one of the best people I've ever worked with one of the best management I ever worked with and I just want to tell her thank you for everything she has done and everything that she did that would be on what her title was.

I go to visit the apartment at grandrigde and the staff is very polite and the place looks tremendous. The place is very quiet and safe and the bedrooms are very spacious and a great affordable place to live in. I just want thank the staff for showing great hospitality. I would recommend to check out those beautiful aparments.

The maintenance of the grandridge apartment they respond very quick and they came to fix everything as well. They are very smart and respectful people their job seriously.

They took away our ability to do laundry on-site and will not answer the phone. Moving as soon as humanly possible.

This apartment management is terrible! They left my kitchen with holes in the wall for several months. Then the pool is supposed to remain open until 9pm however it closes at 5pm when the office closes. Cars are being stolen, apartments are being broken into! no security. Stay away!!!!

Ive been living here for 5 years and ive hated all 5 years they treat you like trash they wont complete your maintenance request they will hang up on you for providing honest feedback. They have new management monarch which is actually worst then lund the last owners! They treat everyone like there on state assistance ive never felt so low in my life and ive been nothing but a good tenant i would never recommend these apartments to anybody even my worst enemy
I was so happy to come out this morning to see that I didn't have to salt my steps and everything was salted and snow was removed all the way. From the curb all the way to the dumpster, for the first time in the three years that I have lived here. I didn't have to walk through slushy streets and piles to get there. You will get mice that come into your apartment, leaky ceilings, old structural issues, and a rude leasing staff. This place has being going downhill for the past two years. I've never lived in the projects but living here is the closest I have ever lived in one. This is a high priced projects. Do your research and ask current residents!! Save yourself some time and energy, run from this place.
I've lived here for 4 years the last couple of years have been nothing but a nightmare. Drug deals in the parking lot, people smoking pot and meth in the apartment buildings, people smoking in non-smoking buildings, the hallways are filthy, there's trash all over the grounds and the parking lots. When you call the office it's like nobody cares about your concerns, they pay lip service but nothing ever changes, the maintenance men are extremely nice but overwhelmed and Amber, the assistant manager, is so rude that nobody wants to talk to her. If I could afford to move and I could find a decent place where I could have my dogs I'd be out of here.
I have had nothing but a great experience at my apartment complex park. The staff is fantastic at the office and the maintenance crew are magnificent. The job always gets done and no delays to any accommodations that need taken for fixtures. The office staff now everyone by name and building # . The apartments are spacious and we are really happy with the lay out. It is pet friendly and family orientated. Shopping and schools are at walking distance just fantastic. Thank you, Ann Voprada
Living here has been the best time of my life from the staff to the the bathroom living here will be my best memory and so much more here
