The complex here at Grandview Garden Apartments its very good maintainted, the location is great close by the highway, buses 164, 163, to city.

I’ve been here for 3 years now and I appreciate everything they have done for me. Ed the super is always quick to fix any issues I have at the apartment.

We have been living in the Grandview Apartment Complex for the past 23 years. We have enjoyed being here. It is very well maintained and our super, Eduart, is just wonderful. If we ever have a problem he is responds right away and is so pleasant and helpful. There are three excellent public schools and one private school, all within walking distance. The public library is a wonderful asset to the town with an extremely helpful staff. The police department is great with an active presence around town and the emergency response is very rapid. Four bus lines pass through town with many stops along the Boulevard and easy access to NYC and Garden State Plaza Mall. There are many restaurants in town with a variety of cuisines. It is a lovely complex in a great town.

Grandview Apts. was a very nice community to live 30 years ago. Unfortunately good family oriented people slowly moved away. High rental prices, and wera and tear of the apartments were the main reason! You can hear people walking above you. (due to poor insulation)! The landlord is more aware of the lawn's manicure than of the apartments themselves! Just look around somewhere else. Good luck!

Well kept community! Ed the super is always a very nice man, he is very punctual. He keeps the property immaculate there is never any garbage laying around outside. Work orders are done quickly! Would recommend :)

Grandview Gardens Apartments has it all. Close to all highways, beautiful garden, nice apartments with great staff. I highly recommend.

Grandview Gardens Apartments is the best. why is this place Great? Its because of the staff they have. I love the way they maintain the complex, Eduart is excellent super. he knows how to help, and when to help the residents.

This complex has everything I need, nice apartment, it’s clean place. Fast responding, and fixing any issue you have inside the apartment, and around the complex. Ed is the best super in town.

Grandview Gardens apartments its lovely complex, nice garden clean apartments, close to route 17, route 80, and route 46. Its very good location only 25 minutes way by buss to New York. Best of all its Eduart our super, helpfull, respectfull, and perfecional in what he does. If anyone looking for quiet and happy life its here at Grandview Gardens.

The on site staff here is wonderful and they really made my move in transition as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a place, I highly recommend the Grandview Garden Apartments. We have been here for over 6 years and love it here! The grounds are quiet and impeccably manicured. The resident's are friendly and respectful and the apartments are spacious and the environment is very nature oriented and beautiful. Everyone on the staff is lovely. Super Eduart is the best of them all! He is always ready with a friendly smile & handles all issues quickly and professionally. And by quickly I mean really quickly. I had an issue with one of the bathtub faucet 3 days ago and I texted him at night to let him know and he was there the next day with everything, and installed a new one right away.

Living at the Grandview Gardens for years now and it is in a great location with many local amenities. The apartment was perfectly located with a beautiful view and close to the center and restaurants, Groceries Stores etc. It's walking distance to all the main attractions and closely to Retail market, Malls and major highways. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We felt like we are in a home away from home. The maintenance guy Mr. Eduart, he's a wonderful person and always available to take care of any maintenance issues that arises which makes this property very livable and also Eduart is very helpful and supportive, making sure we had a good stay and smooth living, and he also makes sure the premises are clean. I highly recommend this Apartment. Thank you!

I'm a tenant at Grandview manor for many years, I can assure you that this property is kept well groomed always. The maintenance Person Mr. Eduart, he's always available to take care of any maintenance issues that arises which makes this property very livable.

We moved into Grandview Gardens a few years ago because we needed a place really near buses to New York City and near good schools. The unit we got was great - very well-kept, with lots of light and good ventilation, good plumbing and sturdy appliances. The grounds were clean and quiet. Our neighbors were nice. The super, Edward, was always professional and quick to respond to maintenance calls and questions. We eventually moved out when we bought our own home but I would totally recommend Grandview to anyone looking for a great apartment.

Being a resident for many years I would highly recommend living here! The location is fantastic and the apartments are very spacious , also it has a wonderful community feeling. The management is remarkable ,as well as the superintendent Eddie!! He is the best super you can ask for!! No matter if you need him day or night he is always responsive to your issue and follows thru with your need or concerns. Especially when it comes to emergency situations!!!

The on-site super, Ed is very attentive and always willing and able to solve any issues asap. He is much appreciated here at the complex!, Ed is definitely a super you can count on. Living at the Grandview Gardens Complex for almost 34 years, I call this home. The on premises Superintendent, Eduart has a very respectful mannerism and is thorough with addressing issues in a timely manner.

I enjoy living at Grandview there are many local amenities and it is close to all major highways. Any issues Ed, the building superintendent, is very responsive, fast, and there truly is not a problem he cannot fix.

Very Clean and taking care of. This was my first time moving out of my childhood home and living on my own. Ed the building superintendent is wonderful he made my move very comfortable. He lives on site and very quick to respond and help with your needs. Ed is very helpful and is great at fixing or replacing whatever you need. He is very friendly and will tell you straight forward about what you need to know. When it snows he makes sure he’s out there salting and snow blowing the sidewalks he also makes sure the premises are clean and well taking care of.

Grandview Gardens is a great place to live. The building and premises are meticulously maintained thanks to the owners, the management team, and Ed, who is the onsite super here at the complex. Ed is a highly skilled tradesman who knows how to address virtually any issue relating to the property. He goes out of his way to ensure that the needs of the tenants are addressed in a timely manner, and that the property stays in top shape. If anything needs to be repaired or replaced, should you get locked out of your apartment, or if you have any other issues relating to the property, you can count on Ed to make sure that your issues are resolved fast, and that your expectations are exceeded. The buildings here regularly receive improvements in the ongoing effort to continually modernize both the property and the lifestyle for the residents. I am very happy here. Thank you!

If you don’t mind cigarette butts all over the place and drug addicts living in apartments right next door to you, non-existent water pressure then this is the place for you. Completely overpriced apartments. And hardly anyone works, wonder how everyone can afford this high rent.
