Property Ratings at Grandview Gardens
Fair price for a one bedroom. The units need to be updated and there is an extra fee for water and sewer. (About $50-$60 on average) I recommend getting a camera to keep an eye on your car. Mine was stolen once and broken into shortly after it was recovered. I have a Hyundai for context. Aside from a couple of isolated incidents, the property is quiet and pretty safe at night. Maintenance has always been friendly and prompt with services. Great management as well. The staff in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful.
The people in the office has nasty attitudes an rip you off of your money on side jobs i live there an the handle on my stove broke an they charged me 60.00 dollars an i ask them do tney have a corparate office number she stated no in a smart way an said this is all you get. But i found out who ownes them an i will complain about her an hope she gets fired.
Property Manager at Grandview Gardens, Responded To This Review
I would like to apologize that you felt our office staff had an attitude but in NO way are we trying to "rip off" our residents or performing side jobs. I would also like to clarify that the first time the stove knob was broken off we replaced it at no charge. However, two days later the knob was broken again and that is when we charged for the parts only. Finally, I would like to say that it is very disrespectful to wish for any individual to lose their job especially over something that probably could have been handled different on both sides.
Grand view gardens Is my very first apartment very friendly management, maintenance is always on time and fixes all your needs. Neighborhood very quiet and well managed I been here for a year in a one bedroom. And my lease is up now applying for a two bedroom I am definitely staying in the complex wouldn't want to live no where else.
Great location, right next to grocery store and food places. Right off the highway. Apartments are very clean and maintenance comes out whenever you need them. The ladies in the office are very friendly and if you have any problems or concerns be sure to let them know so it can be resolved. Most of all the rent is a NICE price. So you get a bang for your buck.
This is a well maintained complex convenient/comfortable with a lot of access to the highway. The staff is very helpful, considerate, and very honest. These are some of the values they display with tenants and something I appreciate. Unlike other apartment complexes, I like the access of opening my front door and being inside of my home versus living in a apartment building with hallways. This is the place to be for a nice quiet setting with nice neighbors that have been placed with the same qualities and necessities as myself.
I love this place! The ladies at the front office are very helpful and kind! Maintenance is very efficient on getting things fixed when needed and my neighbors are great!
In May of 2014, at the age of 20 I became an apartment renter for the first time. It was a very stressful and urgent situation for me and Angela, the property manager, made my experience such a positive one. The entire office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and efficient. I have never had any major problems regarding my apartment and whenever I need assistance, they've taken care of things within 24 hours. The apartment layout is simple, but clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and I feel proud telling people where I stay! It's a quiet little community with quick access to shopping, public transportation, schools, and a major highway. These apartments are ideal for individuals or couples looking for great quality at affordable rates. If you are a first time renter, I highly recommend considering Grandview Gardens Apartments!
I thought moving from a neighborhood house to a townhouse community would be an hassle but life happens...that is until I moved to Grandview Gardens. Although the townhouse community is knitted together very closely I still feel that I have my own space. The neighbors are very nice and polite right down to the little ones. I feel respected by staff and I always get a straight forward answer when questions are asked. Matter a fact, office staff takes care of their duties sooo well that as a tenant, I rarely have questions! The maintenance staff members are very swift to respond when problems arise and they work quickly to get the problems addressed. The location is great. Although I drive a long distance to get to work, I know that when I am home I don't have to travel far to obtain the necessities of life. Education is also very near. Not only are my children able to attend schools within the neighborhood, I am able to attend the neighboorhood university to obtain my degree also! I would denfinately reccomend this quiet, clean, well kept community to anyone serious about making that move!
I've lived in a lot of complexes, and this one is by far the best! Every time I have a question or submit a maintenance request, the staff is there to address it promptly, helpfully, and professionally. Another great thing about this complex is how quiet and friendly the neighborhood is! I would definitely recommend Grandview Gardens to my family and friends! :)
