Grand Forks is home to the University of North Dakota, the largest college campus in the state, as well as an Air Force Base. As a result, many residents enjoy easy commutes in North Dakota’s third-largest city.

Our experience with Grandview II has been great the time we’ve lived here. Management has been very understanding and communicative, and the community has been very friendly. This is the kind of apartment that I can feel free to knock on a neighbors door to ask for some vanilla for a recipe if I’m out.
I have lived on grandview building 1 for 6 years and had no issues staff are excellent
I’ve had a good experience for the most part when I don’t have very loud neighbors. People are prompt to respond to maintenance issues.
My apartment is quiet and the rent is fair. I like having my own parking space and garage.

So far the apartment seems to be a good place to live. The tenants are very quiet. The indoor area is kept up nicely.
The staff in the main office are super kind and always ready to answer questions. The apartment rooms are nice and the floor plan flows nicely into each room. Theres lots of storage space.
Grand view ll has an awesome location if you have children. Schools and parks are within walking distance, the mall is right down the road, and its just an overall welcoming building no matter who you pass. Its a good place to live.
The office staff were some of the friendliest housing staff I've had the pleasure of renting from. The size, layout, and parking associated with the apartment are superb. I was also quite impressed by the snow removal in the parking lot.
Clean and good
My experience, as resident at this home is a great one , a very peaceful home , nice and very clean everoment.
Grandview 1 is a clean, quiet and affordable place to live in
The staff is amazing in the office, they find a way to make sure you can find a home within budget.
Pros: Big closets - One big closet in the bedroom and a large entry way closet Keypad entry Near parks Midway between mall and 32nd ave and UND - close to shopping and amenities Very near Altru, Alerus Center Garage, however, it's detached which is annoying in winter Cons: -Dryers don't get your clothes dry. No matter how much I complain, this hasn't changed. I take my clothes to a laundromat elsewhere. -Building is often dirty and smelly. I'm not sure they have someone hired to clean regularly. -Building/hallways aren't heated in the winter or cooled in the summer. -Relatedly, the air conditioning units are old and I'm sure not very efficient. -Old appliances (depending upon the apartment). It seems as though they are updating these, but only after they break. Some appliances are likely older than I am. -Not enough maintenance personnel. Maintenance requests will often take days or weeks to be addressed. -Emergency maintenance is lacking. When you call your rental office, it gives you a phone number for a call center in a different city to call if you're having certain problem (ex. no running water, I've had this problem multiple times), but when you get the person at the call center, they tell you to call your rental office, which is often empty. When you leave a message, it isn't returned. -No elevator. Annoying for moving in or out, or when you're carrying lots of groceries. Overall: I wouldn't have moved in here had I known all of the cons. My initial reason for moving in here was that the 1 bedroom with a den is very spacious and the closets were the biggest I've seen in apartments in the area.
