Property Ratings at Grandview Manor Apartments
The apartment was made to look new and beautiful I couldn’t be any happier and the maintenance man/super intendant is very helpful and kind anytime I needed help or had a problem I’d call him and he immediately came to help! Very helpful.
The apartment is beautiful and feels like a home the maintenance manager is very helpful and kind he keeps the apartments in good shape. How to have many great memories here
I like that my apartment is clean and spacious. The super is very responsive and takes care of things quickly. I can’t complain about that at all. The place is well taken care of. But the building is old and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. The radiators make the place way too hot in the winter, and parking is a nightmare. It’s not the buildings fault that parking is so bad. Hasbrouck Heights and Lodi just have ridiculous and arbitrary parking laws that change depending on what day of the week it is. It’s not the most comfortable place but it’s clean and gets the job done. Price is decent for the area and there’s transit and stores and restaurants within walking distance. I’ve never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. I’ve really enjoyed that part of living here, but the thin walls, lack of climate control, and lack of in unit washer and dryer doesn’t really work for me.
Loved this place for years maintained pretty well, and now lately since their lack of oversight we got crazy roach infestation. We got specific apartments with shady people that just moved in less than a year ago where they hoard and keep their places completely unclean, this lead to roaches in kitchens , bedrooms, everywhere. Management only sprays instead of evict. Do not MOVE IN, unless you want new little friends on your pillows.
