On June 24, 2021, Gratiot Woods Co-op closed their mobility impaired, accessible unit waitlist due to the overwhelming response of applicants. Gratiot Woods Co-op is a charming three-story, 62-unit senior community that offers the enjoyment and freedom that come with affordable apartment living for ages 62+. Conveniently located on McClellan Avenue between Gratiot and Warren, Gratiot Woods offers city living at affordable prices.
