Property Ratings at Building A at Gravity
absolutely need to emphasize this: for anyone seeking a safe place to live, please DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am desperate to move out of this nightmare. Your safety is not a priority, the amount of money you're paying is not worth it, Your packages will likely be stolen by the residents. Irresponsible pet owners allow their dogs to leave messes everywhere, and the stench of urine fills the stairwells. They only hire inexperienced people for crucial roles. It is evident that the current management lacks the capability or the willingness to address these pressing issues, which is a cause for serious concern. I genuinely fear for my life living in this place.

moved here because I loved the vibe when I first toured. The leasing agent that I toured with was also amazing but wasn’t there long. They’ve gone through tons of staff, probably because they were horrible people who have made myself and other residents here feel very judged and did everything they could to charge for “damages” once leases were up. For example, my friends lease was up and he was charged for dust behind his toilet….$50…..

I came to Gravity looking for community and the joy of being around art and living downtown! I have a studio and is just perfect for me and my 2 cats as a single 45 year old professional. I love the fact that my washer and dryer are in my bathroom and that I can go right out on my patio and enjoy some fresh air with my 2 littles ones at my feet!! I have had the opportunity to meet some really nice people. I love having a coffee house in walking distance and that I can hop the COTA anytime to save on gas! if you are looking for something different and uplifting this is the place!

Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. We're so happy you and your fur babies enjoy it here! We really appreciate all the kind words and hope you have a great day.
Just renewed for a second year at Gravity. Love living here. Building team is so amazing and helpful. Property is well kept. I personally LOVE living next to the trains, helps me sleep at night. ??. Wonderful having Tafts Brewery on site. Just wish I had one other dining option vs an office or gym but what can you? Great sense of community and events.

Hello! Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. We're so happy you enjoy it here so much that you decided to renew! We enjoy putting on community events and we look forward to planning more. Take care!
Loud trains. Paper-thin walls. Can hear all your neighbors.
I was relocating for work and not familiar with the downtown area just needed something. I toured a few places and ultimately decided on gravity because the staff was nice wish I’d of reconsidered overall I didn’t like it. First, I never got to view the unit I was moving into until after lease was signed. I wanted a top floor unit but told one wasn’t ready at the moment . They showed me what they said was a similar unit but after signing the lease and went to my unit it was not the same and they refused to do anything about it. After living here for a while I realized you can get a nicer high quality in downtown at the same price or less. What I least like about the apartment is no windows that open. In the spring time the get fresh air you have to open the balcony door in return your home fills with bugs. The AC unit runs a lot more and feels stuffy. The blinds they use are see they even closed neighbors can see in. No real amenities like a gym or pool there is an indoor common area that is not available to use due to the pandemic only the outdoor area is useable. It is close walk to downtown which is nice. No guest parking and residential parking is expensive. internet is slow and it’s supposed to be fiber 1000 megs at most I got 50 mbps some days it was 12. The place really isn’t that clean. The hallways are always dirty floors sticky and smells. there are multiple trash shoots on each floor. I will say the neighbors are all really nice but if you ask them if they like living there 9/10 will say no and plan on leaving after the lease is up.
Everyone is very nice, but if you are sensitive to noise this isn't for you. Don't kid yourself about the trains, it's seriously loud and they run 24/7, also the hallways have the weirdest prison colored paint job. The interior finishes are all fine. My rec if you want to live here, get a spot in the building away from trains.
Loud trains, bad internet connection, overpriced property that lacks what other luxury communities in Columbus have like gym, pool, and community space. No guest parking is very disappointing and they ticket anyone who tries to street park. Tenants should maybe get a set of free guest parking tickets but they don't offer that. Even when I toured the place they made me pay for parking.
It didn't take us long to get settled into our apartment at Gravity. We enjoy the up and coming Franklinton neighborhood with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The proximity to the river is convenient. It makes it easy to walk over to enjoy the festivals throughout the summer. I've notice our neighbors tend to be more friendly than previous places. The Gravity ethos seems to attract a more community focused resident. Taco Tuesdays, Meditation and other programming has been fun to participate in. If you're looking for a place to live near Downtown, I recommend you check it out!
