We have lived here for 2 years and it has been a very good experience. They are very dog friendly which is really hard to find in St. George, UT (since most places only allow small dogs), the amenities are great, and the apartments are SO nice!

The appliance used in the complex absolutley suck. Drawers and cupboards falling apart. The manager "Wendy " is a joke of a manager. They say dog friendly but if you ask anyone here they are not. They charge you for pointless things most of the time. don't be a wendy!!

Positives: Clean apartment complex, Luxury amenities available, Roomy apartments with lots of square footage, One covered parking stall per unit for $ fee, Excellent maintenance staff, Quality appliances and lighting fixtures, Dogs and cats allowed, close to shopping and eating places. Negatives: Due to the amount of renters allowed in each apartment there are more vehicles than there are parking spaces available, Noisy dogs barking all hours of the day night, Paper-thin walls you can hear your neighbors outside, upstairs and next-door, Pricey $$$ towing fee if you park on the street. Keep in mind it is community living in an apartment complex, therefore you can’t expect complete silence or peace and quiet, but the maintenance staff is excellent and maintains everything in a reasonable timeframe. Great amenities and up-to-date appliances in every apartment. Lots of amenities to enjoy!! Really a nice place to live. Safe neighborhood and community.

I have been living here for 6 months now. Pros: 1. Up to date apartment 2. Dog Friendly (sort of) 3. Pool and hot tub Cons: 1. A/C unit is terribly loud, cant watch tv or talk on the phone when AC is on. 2. Management is AWFUL, they will charge you for everything. very unorganized. unfulfilled promises unless it generates revenue for them 3. Parking is terrible in units F-M. I cannot find parking after 8pm 4. All they want is money so they will charge you for every little thing 5. Create new rules throughout your contract. If you have a dog and are wanting to rent here i would stop by the dog park around 5:30pm when many dogs are there and simply ask the renters what it's like living here. dont trust everything you hear on the internet. Go out and fact check it.

The apartment complex itself is nice if you like the white kitchens and modern looking apartments. However, the appliances are super cheap and break often. They say will come fix the problems, but never do. We FINALLY moved out and it was the best thing ever. If you have a dog, they claim they are dog friendly. However, most all patches of grass/lawn say “no pets allowed” so you basically have to walk way far away to take your dog to the bathroom. Also, management sucks. Wendy is the main manager and a lot of the staff has quit because of her. (They were really sweet and told us personally things that happened). They nickel and dime you for every thing when you move out. Like I said, the appliances suck and the drawers kept coming off the tracks (they said they would fix them but never did) and we got charged for that. if you do move in, take videos of them saying they will do stuff because they often don’t follow through.
Overpriced for apartment with broken drawers, loud air unit, a pool that is not open for over half of the year, loud neighbors that can be heard very well through floor/ceiling. Management was not nice, although there were employees at the front who were clearly nice even though they got yelled at a lot. Would not recommend.
This apartment complex is very nice. Great finishes, lovely staff, and plenty of amenities. The only issues I’ve had so far are that the hottub has not been working/heated about 1/3 of the time I’ve gone, the steam room has been down for a few months despite being told it would be open in two weeks when we moved in, there’s gym equipment that has not been fixed/replaced in a few months, and the pool is always closed, despite having plenty of sunny, warm days (maybe not warm by Southern UT standards, but by far for Colorado). I’ve heard that many of my nieghbors could not move in on time due to building delays, but that could be a contractor problem rather than a management problem. It’s a nice apartment complex and I enjoy living here, but there’s definitely areas where it’s lacking. Overall, I would say it’s a wonderful place to live!
