So much bad, Idk where to start. Place is very cheaply built. AC has to work overtime because door isn’t sealed very good. AC had a leak as a result of it. Fixtures are very fragile. Toilet paper and towel holders were broken within months. Pool is always dirty and out of service. Security consists of someone riding around every hour or so and taking pictures. The transient population has moved in by the dozens right next to the property. I’ve had my pillows stolen from my patio furniture and had to kick someone out of my patio chair that was sleeping in it. When I first moved in we had a game room and had access to the coffee station after business hours since I work nights and can’t during the day. Neither of those are available anymore.

I have been living here for an almost a year and I absolutely it. John the maintenance gentleman is the best. His very professional and hardworking. Great location close to the airport, Tempe and major highways. Office ladies and great and So is the manger Jeff. Overall great place.

I had no complaints about this complex except the management is the worst I have ever experienced. They won't accommodate their tenants unless they like you. Dishonest and rude staff. Nothing gets fixed or takes too long to get fixed. Save yourself from a headache and look for better people to rent from.

Horrible management. The leasing agreement is misleading and management uses it to their advantage. Hidden fees, and they will harass you after you've moved out. If you want piece of mind go someplace else.

Lease office threatened to terminate my lease when I did nothing wrong. They also lie about amenities. Gates are always broken. No cameras or security. Awful.
Once you've moved in plan on being treated like yesterday's news. Management does not care about you.
Staff is unprofessional They tell you to come look at a unit but they don’t have any available to move in.

It's a nice quiet place to live, with good amenities, and privacy.... Great Location.
Pros: - Very good pricing - Brand new building - Leasing office staff is nice - Good common area grass, exercise, gym pool Cons: - They could not fix noise in my apartment due to fire safety. Safety is important, but a brand new building should not have irreparable noise issues. That should be warrantied with the builder? - Dog poop is not cleaned frequently enough. Decent amount of poop in common area grass. - Gym is still not open 24h - Minor construction noise if you are facing the construction site. (Not the apartment fault).
For the price I pay for the quality apartment Im living in is definitely worth it. Location is prime too!
I love living at Cabana on Washington! The staff are friendly. Theyre always willing to help and answer any questions you have.
These apartments are absolutely fantastic. They are newly built and have never been lived in, they have stainless steel appliances, powerful central air, they’re close to Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor, and tons of restaurant/shopping. They’re available for a lower price than any of the other apartments in the area.
