Living here is absolutely a waste of money. If you have any issues at all they blow you off. I’m writing this as I wait for the maintenance guy who’s several hours late. I’ve been calling the maintenance line and they repeatedly hang up on me. (5 calls have been hung up on without the opportunity to even leave a voicemail). When it snows, people let their dogs crap on the sidewalks and the property managers do nothing to clean it up or enforce owners to clean it up. This is by far the least responsive and most annoying place I’ve lived. There is often dog poop that has either been stepped in and tracked through the hallways or just piles left on the sidewalks, and yes I put in complaints with the office regarding the poop that again, the office blew off. If you don’t mind having literal poop around your apartment, and the world’s most unresponsive management team go ahead and live here

Its a very pet friendly complex! Ive seen plenty of cats on porches and most people are walking around with a dog or two. The common areas are clean and people are friendly.
Lovely new apartment complex with wonderful amenities. Great location!

This has been a great overall living experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Access to a pool, lounge, and workshop is incredibly nice. The apartment itself is nice with the laundry closet, AC unit and balcony. Its been amazing for me so far.

Cypress Triple Ridge and Abrielle the property manager made my move in process easy! My apartment was brand new and I love the more modern look. The option for accent walls was super cool and my daughter loves the pool especially in this warmer weather. Im happy we were able to get moved in as quick as we did. Thanks.

My experience at Triple ridge so far has been nothing but amazing. The leasing staff are very friendly, professional, and good with communicating in a timely manner. The building was spotless and looked amazing! There is a ton of storage space. Huge closet, huge bathroom, and huge windows. Great natural lighting! Beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances. I was stunned to see how advanced the appliances were! The community is very nice and quiet. A beautiful location! So many amenities to choose from! A big pool with lots of space and a bbq. Also a fire pit, work station, and an amazing gym! Overall, I love triple ridge and am so pleased that I have the chance to live here.

The walls are not thin...I cant hear my neighbors talking. Love the in unit washer/dryers. Bike/walking path half a block away. Llamas for neighbors!

Super excited to move in to this spot! More affordable than what we are looking for in Bend. The management has been super helpful and understanding, however moving into this complex was a nightmare. It wasnt clean, and had many unfinished areas. Also a major pest problem that they took care of, yet we still have ants all over the bathroom. Still havent had a final walk though to show paint missing and chips as well as paint on the carpet. Disappointed as we loved the place to start.

This place is the best deal in town. The Value for money is very high. Not just the verity, but The quality of the amenities are beyond what I expected. The place is brand new so thats a big plus. Everything works, no complaints and the staff are on point, professional with a personal touch. Most of all, the views around here are absolutely breathtaking.
