Enjoy our life at Greenleaf Jayne. Could not ask for better leasing agents or maintenance staff. I would say it is the best apartment complex we have lived in in Denver!
Really enjoy living at the Jayne. The leasing staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been great dealing with a minor issue we had. The complex is beautiful with great amenities. There are community events held and residents are giving their ideas for future events. Great place to live!

This is my first time living in the Baker area and had no clue the amount of unhoused that would be coming and going (and living) in the alley behind the building at all times of the day and night. It makes it a little stressful when the garage door is not working and must be left open. Especially, since there are no security key pads on the doors from the garage into the building and stairwells. People who live here seem to be insanely entitled and inconsiderate of others. They are constantly backing up the recycling shoot by not breaking down anything and just leaving it in the trash room. The walls aren't insulated the best since you hear doors slamming and everyone and anyone walking above your apartment.

I have lived here for over a year now and it has been the best place I've ever had the pleasure to reside in. I was initially worried about the switch over in property management, but Leslie has been absolutely incredible. She is so kind and thoughtful. It really seems like she cares. Her door is literally always open and she always has the time to talk. And honestly, everything has been incredible. The amenities and property is kept in tip-top shape and the rare maintenance request I have are always dealt with in a swift and professional manner. 10/10 would still recommend. I simply just love it here are Greenleaf Jayne!

My husband and I are so happy we discovered Jayne apartments. Megan and Camilla made our leasing process seamless. They are very helpful and easy to work with. This complex has beautiful amenities including a great pool and hot tub. I am also impressed with the common areas like the deck and gathering areas. We had a small maintenance issue that was handled quickly. We both agree this is the best apartment we have ever lived in. You will be happy if you decide to check it out.
