I am really liking being a resident because it’s in a good area and I like how quick maintenance is with handling service requests. I enjoy the atmosphere. My apartment is spacious and very pretty. I haven’t really had problems with any of my appliances but as I said before, when I do maintenance is quick to fix it.

A good place for a single person apartment. Difficult for ppl living with multiple cars, due to assigned parking for only 1 car per unit. Difficult for visitors to come visit due to very little visitor parking available.

I recently toured Green Tree Place Apartments and just wanted to share what a lovely experience I had. Alexandra was so friendly and was quick to greet me when I showed up for my appointment. She was well prepared for my visit and had already planned what apartments I would see, showing me all the amenities along the way. Alexandra was friendly and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding attractions. She really took her time with me to answer all my questions and made me feel important. If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend that you stop by and let her show you around. Clean property, friendly staff, great value!

From being pleased with the stay, I have become very disconcerted about the community. It is certainly a very quiet and beautiful place. On several occasions we have had complaints about maintenance, which have been fixed (sometimes take more time than we would like to be fixed) but at the end they fix it. The entrance door to the community has been a disaster, since it has been broken for a long time, until two days ago. When we rented the apartment, finding parking for the previously registered cars was not a problem, however now it is a nightmare, since they assigned only one space for each apartment, having empty spaces (supposedly reserved), if you can't find space for the second car they tell you that you have to park outside the community, even if you are a tenant. It's something I don't understand, and it makes me think about not wishing to continue renting in this place, and definitely do not recommend it if someone asks.

Amazing amenities! 24/7 fitness center with big TV and water dispenser. Maintenance is timely. Office is sweet and helpful. They also have coffee and snacks in the club room! They have a beautiful pool and gorgeous apartments!

I moved here Jan 26 & i have experience a roach problem not bugs roaches , so the leasing office would send someone to spray they guaranteed after they bomb i would see nomore bugs but they actually gotten worse it’s unfortunate i have to come on here & discuss this because i emailed them twice they ignored me but they made sure to either my home to give me the letter about late fees it’s just very annoying to have animals u didn’t invite & then being ignored just frustrating , i have had my dishes in boxes since i moved but i wouldn’t recommend unless your fine living with roaches

This is a smaller complex which feels more like a home environment as opposed to those mega apartments all over our tiwn.

Would not recommend this place. looks nice in pictures but nothing like it in person. staff is not responsive and overall place is not bein managed well. Rent is too high for nothing in return.

The property is quiet. The above neighbors now are quiet but the ones before were terribly loud. The units are clean but sometimes there are bug issues which can happen anywhere. Maintenance fixes things pretty quickly. And we feel safe.overall we like it here but biggest downfall is there are stray cats everywhere(people keep feeding them) and raccoons walk the property during the DAY!!!!

Hi there, I would like to get some more details about your experience with us.
It is the worst apartment complex. The parking lots are for compact cars, the place is dirty and everywhere you will find dog or cat poop, there are places that smell very strong. The maintenance is terrible for about 1 month without being able to use the bathroom because they could not fix a water leak in the bathroom of my second floor neighbor.
