Property Ratings at Green Valley Circle Apartments
They have taken down the bad reviews of this place. This is not a good place to live. We moved out a little while ago due to the managers constantly smoking and it coming through our window and bothering us. They treat you very poorly after you have moved in and seemingly dont care about your maintenance requests or problems.They have on site mangers but they don't do anything but give excuses, fix things poorly when and if they do and it took forever to get anything fixed. The review listed roaches and bugs,we had a lot of them due to the constant leaking in our kitchen and bathrooms that was never really fixed, it was constant broken water pipes and taking forever to fix them if at all. We still talk to several of our friends there. I had heard the owner threw a disabled and developmentally challenged person out on the street and would not let their family members retrieve their things. This was not a good place to live.
We moved a couple months ago with our family. Mr. Edmundo and Mrs. Berta are AWESOME managers. They will help you with anything that you may need. The buildings is family oriented. ¡Gracias Señor Edmundo y Señora Berta!
My fiance and I have been at these apartments for a little under one year and couldn't be happier. They are clean, affordable, well kept, and the property managers are amazing. We haven't had any issues at all and hope to stay here for a long time. The best part about this complex is the managers, Edmundo and his wife Berta. They take really good care of the entire facility, are very responsive to our needs and are just good people. They really go above and beyond - just the other day, they saved me from getting a parking ticket when they noticed my car on the street for street sweeping.
I have been at Green Valley Circle for almost 6 months. The managers Edmundo and Berta are truly the best!!! Thank you both for all that you do and for making me feel so welcome here. Complex is quiet and well maintained. Great location as well.
