Property Ratings at Greenback Gardens
Light switches that don't connect to anything. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. Roaches and rats every night. Landlady is horrible.
My fiancé and I lived here for 2 and a half years and for the most part had an okay experience. Neighbors were friendly, lively on the weekends and street parking was a plus. Management was always quick to address maintenance repairs. They do have an issue with roaches/ water bugs which they are trying to tackle the issue. I did have to close up plugs and drains and spend a little money to keep bugs out and had a couple sprays within the first month. I think our unit didn't get the best renovation when we moved in but that was a different manager at the time. I think if new management takes care of the roaches and uses better quality materials in the units, Greenback Gardens could be a great place to live!

Have loved living here for last 3 years!! Big beautiful trees, large private patio to enjoy the delta breeze and an attentive, caring office and maintenance staff.. A wonderful mix of neighbors, very pet friendly.. Sparkling pool, laundry , public transportation steps away! A hidden gem . Am thankful to be here..
Been here for 5 years with not too much to complain about. Close to schools, shopping and dining! Good management but unfortunately our lease price seems to keep rising and property value declining :/
